if u wanna take it public, i’ll address it here. tracked 24 means next-day delivery. if it was sent friday like u claim, it should’ve been here saturday or monday at the latest. it’s tuesday now and still nothing. ignoring my messages and then trying to publicly shame me for holding u accountable is a joke. i’ve been a loyal customer, but this is appalling service. instead of blaming me or making excuses, maybe fix the situation and take some responsibility.
just to clarify for everyone: i placed my order on thursday, before the vendor’s new cutoff policy even existed, so it should’ve been handled under the old process. also, ur point about the 10 pm cutoff policy coming in on the 9th is irrelevant. i ordered on the 6th, so that policy doesn’t even apply to my order. they claim it was sent friday, but tracked 24 means next-day delivery, so even with delays, it should’ve been here by now.
i only left the 1/10 as a placeholder because i was being ignored and had no idea what was going on. lb allows u to edit ratings for a reason, and i fully intended to adjust it once i got my package. instead of replying or sorting this out, the vendor ignored me for days and then tried to publicly shame me. if this is how they handle things, this definitely isn't the right shop for me. glad to take my business elsewhere
