The main issue is usually the temperature at the is time of year as we have far less issues when its above 20c, most customers report like leapfrog says some deep puffs but also try leaving the device somewhere warmer around the house you don't want it too warm with the battery in these devices won't work well if they're overheated on the flip side of that the oil won't work well if its too cold, unfortunately this is a big complaint around this time of year and we see a lot of positive results when customers warm before using, we also see people opting for carts which can be heated a lot more without the need to be so cautious although we must add that overheating the carts can lead to leaking.

We're sorry we can't be more helpful and give you a definitive answer on how to fix them but it does sound like a temperature issue from what you've described and if its happening with multiple of them, please let us know how you get on and don't be afraid to drop us a message as we can lose track of these topics sometimes :)

Thanks for the reply. I’m confused here then because the ccells come with a preheat function. So I shouldn’t use that? My house is constantly warm any way so I don’t think it is cause they are cold. Seems odd. I opened one up last night and it was clogged up with the oil. Worked a bit better once I cleaned it up. Am I drawing too hard or not hard enough?

Its like Leapfrog said some require a hard pull to get going but we can't just say that will fix every issue and sorry but its currently 12c where we are and just a couple of months ago at this time of the day it was 24c so it definitely is a huge factor, we have one customer that will use a radiator to heat them up before use which we would never recommend due to the battery but they swear by it.

From what you've told us it sounds like they're just too cold as you may have an issue with one of them but when its multiple we have to think its just not warm enough as even with user error or a faulty vape which is rare it wouldn't lead to the issues you described and to answer your question about the preheat it really is user specific as you can see oblong doesn't rely on it, personally we do use it at times but we did say to the customer the other day if the oil is too cold its like trying to melt an ice sculpture with a single match, try to heat in your hand for 10 minutes or we just sit on ours for 20 minutes or keep it in our back pocket that coupled with the pre heat and we've never had an issue :)

I've had a few where you have to take some deep ass puffs to get it going, even after preheating.

Is it easy to suck air through? If so its probably not a clogged cart.

If there is still oil in the tank, its charged and you can suck air through it then it sounds like it could be a coil issue but this is rare af. At least in my experience.

Massively prefer the flexi pro for distillate - clouds and smoothness just feel infinitely better.

But it’s a fact the vision box is better for the live resins 💯

Yep agree with this - it's def better for the live resins, means they last longer!

No thoughts on the Rosin yet as last time we stocked some it was so expensive no one wanted to look at it but those who did still talk about it fondly to this day and personally we loved it so its not out of the question.

We hear you guys about the flexi pros and we have no issues changing the model for D9 but we really wouldn't want to lose out on the pre heat function, have any of you guys ever tried the atom? Its the one we use for the 2ml's and we've attached a photo, they give off a good cloud while being smooth they also have a preheat and voltage options :)

Probably the biggest vape user on this platform haha so ill answer this with my own confident opinion.

Obviously we're all in england and its fucking freezing, but ive never needed to pre-heat the Flexi Pro past putting it in my palm for 30 seconds/on the radiator haha.

I get the same cloud issue with the Atom as i do the vision box for distillate - the Voca Max + FLEX pro have been clear winners for me (flex pro is better tho ha)

let me know if you ever get those rosin pens in CI. and if any other biggas would ever get rosin pens, upvote this pls i need them from CI 🤣🤣🤣

I prefer the flexi pro, the only benefit of the new ones is you can see how much battery is left and don’t get caught out.

Vision Box.

Flexi was good but I found that with a combination of being careless with storage + cold hits it got a little bit clogged up.

New one has been 10/10 so far and love the pre-heat.

I order loads of these mate and i must say, the vision box is disappointing, sooooo much worse than the flexi pro ! You can draw on this vision box thing for 20 seconds and get virtually no vapour ! Whereas the flexi pro worked perfectly, these vision boxes are so bad that i dont even look forward to getting high after work mate, so im glad im not the only one, cheers dude

We haven't seen anyone else say they're disappointing so we're sorry to hear you feel that way, we honestly believe these new ones do take some getting use to but here's what someone else said about the Live Resin ones "I’m loving the VB now. I just can’t figure out what it was with the OTD and that particular vape but I’ve done a full 180° on the VBs now. Any chance I can swap the Vocas you just sent me for the VBs? Lol just messing. ;-)"


While we don't agree with you guys about the flexi's we appreciate everyone has their own preference so we will be adding at least one or two 1ml options for distillate in the flexi pros this week and we'll aim to keep options to suit everyone :)

Only issue I've experienced with the new ones is that sometimes when they cool, all the concentrate can settle away from the coil, meaning you end up dry hitting when you've still got plenty left. Still, nowt that 15 minutes keeping it in the missus's bra doesn't fix haha

Just ordered the live resin ones, so looking forward to trying. Just out of interest, when the ban on disposables happens what is a vendor planning to do, still sell them on here, or stop and have a massive sale/ get rid of.

Don't worry we'll still sell them the only worry we have is if the make it difficult ban the sale of empty ones in the UK but we doubt they will as people could argue its for CBD or anything :)

Good to know, I just ordered 2 more of these, (wish I’d order 5 now for the free one), having already received 2, and while there is no big vape clouds generally speaking, I still get well baked compared to the normal distillate cards that I’m on these days having given up the good old spliffs. I don’t need big clouds if I still get big hits…and these hit big…but that’s just me…

Just bought 5 + 1 of the new vapes and I was so disappointed compared to the older model. Me and my partner have not stopped coughing since using the new vapes the other model was much smoother and a better high and taste .I would be hesitant to order again unless you were selling the old vape again. Also have issue with error code A6 on 1 vape where you must suck a lot harder than normal

A.B is showing as its the "Anti-Burn" feature, but i had this same issue with a couple of them, normally towards the end of the vape.

I’m far from a vape expert, but having tried both designs and a couple other style of disposables I’d say it’s a welcomed change. Like you say the pre heat and ability to change voltage is so handy. Also I think this is the reason I personally cough less with vocas because I can change the voltage for more flavour and a less intense pull

I've seen lots of people mention Unicon Piss from Canadian Imports as one of their favourite vapes on here :)

Unicorn piss was very harsh for me, also clogged after halfway through the 0.5ml. My mate who vapes regularly also agreed, idk if it was a bad batch or what..

and just fyi, tree sap taste is indicator of solvents been left in the oil, if you get a bad send from someone maybe dont order there again, their oils are prob full of negatives

Flavor is pretty good, throat hit can be a little harsh if you're new to vaping concentrates but overall they're pretty good

Looks like from last night 27/07 Canadian imports got that unicorn piss back in stock on the ccell, probably one of the only vapes iI've enjoyed.

What does this actually mean?

The Proof Borg asks for "proof" of the items importation we don't see the value in it as most of our products speak for themselves but its recently became a requirement for the item to be featured on the wall :)

Sure they are lovely btw. But import they probably aren't.

Probably doesn't apply here here as the proof borg says they have a higher likelihood of being imported and we only say the same as our 510 carts as they have CA Import in the name/have had much more reviews.

We have no reason to lie about the origin of an item our hash listings for example are all sourced in the UK which is clearly stated in the description, why don't we just leave it up to the Proof Borg on whats likely to be imported and whats not :)
