Regarding dispensing, boiling water is perfect. With concentrates we want to work as close to 230F as possible.
Put the syringe into the water and leave it for a while as its pretty thick. Wait until any bubbles move freely in the syringe.
There will be very little waste as the syringe plungers are really accurately made and push out almost all of the contents.
I've read through the great comments here on the page. And I'm going to start including the proper blunt needle tips on request as these are whats needed for people to nealty fill carts.
A leur lock and tip will stay on during heating, and will help you fill from the bottom of your carts too ;)
