So I won this vendor’s 420 competition and got some amazing products as my prize. Pictured is the Mimosa Punch, some of the finest I’ve had from littlebiggie. Smells deliciously sweet, very frosty and smokes great! I also got the RS11 which is also lovely, sweet-gassy and a very nice stone. I haven’t tried the edibles yet but they look very professional. The Rasta hash is also great, soft sticky goodness, great price on that too.

Are there plans for transaxe to support stablecoins? Surely this is the way forward for vendors who deal with the consequences of Bitcoin volatility whilst money is in escrow. Also would save both buyers and vendors a lot on fees. USDT TRC-20 would be perfect due to transaction speed and cheap fees although there are plenty of options out there (preferably not USDC iykyk). Just a thought.

So I won this vendors 420 competition and was supposed to be sent 7g of his famous shake but instead he sent me 7g of some fire bud! Generous guy with top quality coms. Not too sure what strain the bud is but looks and smells potent! Will give it a smoke later. Last thing I expected when opening a pack of ‘shake’ was to see a huge 5g bud lol. Seen multiple people selling those “The1010Boys” vapes, looked into them and supposedly they are a fake brand that doesn’t even exist in California. Went down the rabbit hole and apparently the majority of UK THC vapes and cartridges are spice or random drugs. Proof can be found at Wedinos; https://www.wedinos.org/
If you search for bud on Wedinos you can’t find a single test that’s came back for anything other than THC, CBD etc. On the other hand many of the ‘THC vapes’ and ‘edibles’ test positive for a wide range of drugs/chemicals. My question is why isn’t it seen as mandatory for vendors to send a sample of their vapes to Wedinos considering all of this + it’s free and anonymous.

When we buy illegal drugs we take a leap of faith. A lab report on LB refers to that sample and there is no way of knowing that what you receive has any relation to that sample. It’s a leap of faith.

Beyond the vendor testing his vapes, you the customer can send a small sample away free of charge and leave a review with the results. Don't think it's right to say "Ah well it's illegal its your own risk" when peoples lives are literally at risk. Idk about you but i dont fancy inhaling drugs with names like MDMB-4en-PINACA and ADB-BUTINACA lmao

Definitely fake lol didn’t want to be the first to say n rain on someone’s parade but it’s a simple fix for biggas google the name of the vape with the word empty’s included and you will find your answer failing that if you bought one already n the QR doesn’t take you to that pacific item then it’s a dud. My advice is buy a vendor made vape as most quality vendors here have customers in mind and make quality vapes that are free from nasty stuff. MJ is the best by the looks of things
Some of the posts on these literally claim to be USA import it's embarassing lol wouldn't smoke any vapes from here tbh unless it's proven tested or imported direct from Sayno2drugs etc. Much easier to just make your own liquid from distillate from quality vendors. The chemicals in some of these tests on Wedinos surely snip literal years off your life.

We have cartridges that are specifically tested for any other drug, heavy metals or pesticides.
Usually if someone is getting their goods from a reputable source, they should be able to get some lab testing done, as its known that vapes in usa contain all sorts of things.
That being said i have seen a few vendors on here with some test results, if not labs results

The trouble is any vendor could send a sample that was THC for the wedinos test and then send a different product out. Test Borg is a good way around this and I don’t recall seeing a single one come back as anything dodgy from here yet. That being said if you look at the results on wedinos, the majority of vapes coming back with synthetic cannabinoids are the vape liquid style ones often with bright colours added, rather than the thick distillate style carts on here, which nearly always come back as THC. Additionally I have a friend who can be drug tested and has been experimenting with home tests to see how quickly THC from carts would leave their system and these definitely show carts at least contain THC. I would like to see more reviewers sending carts to wedinos but I think some of the results aren’t quite right, or things get mixed up when they publish them so do take with a pinch of salt.
i personally only buy from DrExtracts, that's who I trust. though I might send off one of my carts once it's near empty, but i trust him fully.

Think this probably won't end up being a seller, StarDawg is the most common strain we get in the UK and I have, in the 8 trillion times i've tried it, ever had one that I was like "Damn so that's why this came over from NY/Cali" it's decent weed at a decent price, like a Heineken!
But this dawg looks normal, even the 0.5g tester is too expensive, and what do you do with 0.5g? Not trying to be rude I do want to help you, but unless you're selling some StarDawg from the actual stars nobodies paying these prices.

Do you ever do more than 7g?
I find the 3.5g option to be a waste personally, it’s done as soon as it arrives for me. Seen good reviews for for £95 + delivery a 3.5 is a bit absurd imo

More flower is hopefully on the way we estimate if everything goes to plan it should be the 1st week in March and the next batch should be a tad bit cheaper, we did have some lower grade stuff shipped in January but it arrived empty thanks to customs so hopefully the second time is successful, from memory it is some Pineapple Express but unfortunately with the flower it is a wait and see/hope it arrives situation :)

We will speak to our supplier but they tend to stay away from anything like that as its only stocked in very low quantities in our area, we can see one strain available but we can't check stock so we imagine they don't have much :/

Hash Rosin will be listed tonight or in the Morning and the Kief will be around mid March, we actually had Kief in stock in January but it goes very quickly and once we purchase any product from Canada it takes up to 4 weeks to be delivered so we appreciate it is a long wait when you really want a product but it is unfortunately out of our control :)

Just paid 17 quid on fees for a 60 quid order. Will fix itself with time but it’s shambolic that transaxe haven’t incorporated any alternative coins.

Not able to buy at present as btc fees are insane. The cheapest fee on my wallet at the moment is 36 quid to make payment on 7 grams. It's usually around a quid. Anyone shed any light on this? I've no real idea about btc and hate having to use it

Just tried to make a purchase today and no they aren't at all. There's no way I'm paying an extra 20 to 30 quid in fees to buy a quarter. This needs sorting out with another more stable coin option
Does this impact the processing time? I've used Exodus for the first time and reduced the fees down and now it's stuck in pending for the last 2 days.
My Exodus transfers are normally good to go in less than 30 minutes. Some have even been less than 10 mins. Is it pending on Exodus or LB?
Pending on Exodus and LB. I reduced the fee right down but it said 30-60mins transfer time. I've PM'd transaxe but waiting to hear back, the payment is being shown as being received at LB end but stuck as waiting to be confirmed. Always used coinbase without issue before but not paying a fortune in fees for an 1/8th
I believe if you reduce the fee, it slows things down. Coinbase closed my account for shits and giggles so I don't use them any more, Exodus seems so much better (at the moment)
Zengo wants a tenner to send 60, but revolut wants 17 to send 60 to 70 to Zengo. My bank didn't like Exodus or Binance or Coinbase, hence why I'm using revolut

I buy on Revolut and send to Zengo then pay from there. The Revolut fees were nuts alone, so now my moneys sat in the wallet but can't send it anywhere as it will cost me so much to do so

Haha I don't think I explained well. I send straight from coinbase. The standard £1.99 fee for buying btc has stayed the same, the network fees are imposed when sending the BTC(to pay the vendor) To the vendors wallet address.I don't think the extra security really matters(if you have bought using bank account and provided ID you are not anonymous?) I have looked at a few other exchanges even tried Binance but they were even worse nearly £30 for a £78 order O.o worse yet there is no way to see how much it is gonna cost until you have bought the BTC and go to send!

Hey I just downloaded the coinbase one wich is coinbase sister in my mind lol but it saves you some fees and you do pay 20 a month for this coinbase one but you save fees added on. Not much but it helps or even some people use these revolut accounts wich I'm tempted to look into. I'm trying difrent things out testing few ways myself but I see there alot of biggy that are very unhappy with the fees. I don't understand why I'm not feeling the bad fees. I don't think it's that bad and I don't earn lot of money myself butt it doesn't seem that bad to me. Maybe difrent for everyone considering what they use for exchange etc. Bless mate anyway hope you find one that works for cheaper

Yeah if u down load the coinbase one. Even if you make a payment just on your normal coinbase it will detect the sister and will automacily take some fees off. I did earlier to test it and took some off. Just coinbase one online. Straight to it also a month free trial
Been asking for over a year now for a different payment option using another chain this was inevitable lol. Anyone thinking this is going to go back to <$1 for a transaction misunderstands why the fees have gone up.
It's demand. Prices have dropped so dealing has increased, there has been a bit of a run on the market leading to higher charges to trade. It has started to calm down now, this dies happen periodically

My favourite strain of all time is the original blue cheese, the smell from them buds and the high was unreal. Also didn’t mind jack hearer
Mine would be Chocolope, only had it once in Amsterdam but was probably the tastiest smoke I've ever had and it hit like a train. Would love to try it again.

My all time favourite is SoGouda, a strain from Amsterdam which is G13 x Cheese x Blueberry. One of the nicest tasting weeds I have smoked. Not seen it anywhere but Amsterdam and I haven't even seen it there for over a decade. Hopefully someone has kept it going somewhere.

Grandaddy Purple for my, it was my frist taste of cali bud back in early 2010s. Never had flower packed with so much flavour comparing to the baggies from street dealers in the UK.

Anyone have any experience with this? Seems trustworthy but looking for some confirmation before I send money over. They tell me I'm now fully verified and I have everything set up but I've been told that before elsewhere and had my money held until I provided my genetic sequencing and the blood type of anyone who's name was ever spoken in my presence before releasing anything so thought I'd ask. Cheers
I tried uphold last weekend but was shocked at the fees of around £5.00 for a $45 payment, they also take the fee out of the amount you're sending so it makes it really difficult to know how much to send, I prefer coinbase, much simpler and straightforward.
Used Uphold in the end and I have to say, I'm actually quite happy with it.
Just thought I'd let you know that it seems the fee is fixed regardless of how much you're sending (currently 0.0003 or £5.12) so I understand it's not great for smaller amounts but I buy in slightly larger amounts so it works out ok. Usually £100 - £200 range.
Also, if you type the amount to send in the lower (receiving amount) box instead of the top one, it automatically adjusts the sending amount in the top box to allow for the fee. I over sent just in case but the vendor received all that was sent so they'll get a little bonus this time.
Ultimately the money went from my bank account to the vendor within 2 minutes via the wallet (about 25 including network time) and cost me 5% of my order in fees all included. That's not too bad.
Don't know if any of that helps.

Well that's a pain in the arse. Im used to it being added separately. My Coinbase account has been stuck in "verifying" mode for months, they can't even tell me why. They closed my account and told me to open a new one but it didn't change anything.
Do you have to guess what you're sending and overestimate or do you just have to manually adjust what your sending to account for a known fee? Im running out of options.
Oh and did you use faster payments or card? Fast etc?

I did a normal payment (transferred in by card then out to the LB BTC wallet) and it took just over an hour. I didn't use it for the subsequent payment as it still wanted to charge the same fee for $5 or whatever it was. I won't be using it again, not impressed.

Still quite new to littlebiggy.org, Recently placed 2 orders from 2 different vendors on the 6th both were sent out on the 9th because of the bank holiday, both were NDD Royal mail and have not arrived yet after 2 days.
Has anyone else experienced this? And still received their order 3+ days later?

Yes this can sometimes happen unfortunately also whether fair or not rm struggle sometimes to get NDD on certain places around the UK.

Sorry to hear that. Have you asked for the tracking details from the vendors? I know some don't like to share but if you're concerned a parcel has gone missing they should at least be able to check on their end. Hope it works out for you.
I did that earlier today, one of the vendors msged me back and asked for my postcode, waiting for the next response about the tracking, so far has been very helpful and given me some advice about bitcoin wallets.
The other vendor have heard nothing from them.

I was expecting a parcel to arrive today myself and it didn't. I didn't pay for NDD, but this vendor usually delivers within 24 hours regardless, or at least has done so for me when I have bought from them previously. I'm expecting it will be here tomorrow, I'm running low so fingers crossed at this end too lol.

My Exodus fee keeps flipping from $32 to $19, looks like the fees are slowly improving but still too much for me to hit send.

I think all orders on here auto-cancel after a few days if there has been no payment or nothing has been sent by the vendor. I’d have thought if it hadn’t been processed you’ll get your coin refunded.

These processing fees on the BTC network are so insane I genuinely thought my apps were glitching. Anyone got an idea as to how long this is going to last? I’ve always disliked BTC as a payment option due to its volatility but these fees just confirmed it, terrible currency for payments.
Couple weeks likely. Monero is good for security but not as widely listed and still volatile. USDT (TRC-20 preferably) is a sure bet.
Although I do believe eventually the majority of stablecoins fail but I’ll leave that story for another day :)

Someone suggested message the auto settlement borg but my message won’t send and says the same error messages

Are you using the private message or chat option mate? Chat should work, just go to new chat and enter the name of the auto settlement borg and it should autofill for you.

Hey everyone if your ordering something from me just wait until Monday im trying to see what's wrong with my payments for some reason it hasn't been going threw for the past 2 days now and im just making sure everything is okay with my account again sorry for the scare and any orders that did make it threw will still be processed obviously just a little road bump things will get better soon!
This has happened in the past almost identically and Transaxe assured us everything was under control so we're not as worried this time around but we remember the fear we had when this happened the first time so we would say try not to panic.
We know the last time it was a week or two before things got sorted and in that time a lot of vendors paused things out of fear of not being paid but we just though we'd let everyone know try to rest easy we're 99.9% sure it will all be resolved soon :)

I'm new to crypto and am using Coinbase. Should I keep my crypto in my coinbase wallet? I'm struggling to see the difference between my wallet and the "normal" Coinbase app. Thank you.

Every bitcoin Legacy address starts the with "1" and every segwit address begins with "3" or "bc1". It's just the way the addresses are formatted

I’ve asked this before but didn’t get much traction so second post ; Solutions to people not being able to get high from edibles. So for 3 try’s out of 4 I’ve not no effect at all from edibles it’s possible they don’t effect me. Is a tincture a solution to this I’ve been told it goes threw ur body a different way? Or anything help I wnna get fucked up someone helppppp
Without going all geeky there is an enzyme in the liver that converts THC to a non psychoactive form. It’s efficiency differs in individuals. I am clearly very inefficient because 10mg and I am flying but a liver highly efficient in this enzyme will neutralise virtually all the THC even in high doses.
RSO is about the strongest concentrate available so if that doesn’t work for you then you have one of those darn efficient livers and will probably live forever- or at least it will feel that way😉

i take RSO my friend makes sub-lingually (under the tongue) and it gets you pretty high pretty quick. Apparently enters the blood directly and bypasses the stomach route.

Have you tried ensuring you've not eaten anything for maybe 4 hours before taking? If you're taking after eating a big meal then its not got a fart's chance in a hurricane... I agree that eating something with a little fat / oil in it afterwards can help... even just a hot cup of tea with milk will do... failing that, give up on the edibles and try some RSO oil, probably cheaper and you can just pop a "grain of rice" sized blob on a biscuit...
Yeah I’ve took them before eating , they have only worked one time when I put some shake in the oven my self but I got really sick and didn’t like the feeling 🤦♂️it’s so annoying all I wnna do is take some edibles hahah

Melt three big bars of chocolate in a bowl, squirt in 1ml of RSO oil, mix like a possessed demon, pour into moulds so you get around 36 chocys.

You'll be off ya tits on 4, but 2 should do you nice. You'll know within 30 minutes.

This is something that we have to factor in with medical users all the time.
There are several factors that can effect your personal absorption rates and thus dictate the carrier we would use for the THC.
The delivery would be in tincture or capsule form.
For additional effects, we would then include some activated shatter or melt, that would give you a more rounded and pleasant effect.
Basically, with all concentrate products, carts etc, we have to get as close as recreating a bud based old school product, by stitching together the correct concentrates.
The result for edibles for the users, "should" be a much stronger concentrated version of a cannabutter or RSO based product.
We are always happy to custom make products and having sorted out our turn around times, we're focusing on the more clever shit, like this, again ;)

Do a detox and kidney/liver cleanse. It's too many toxins in your kidneys and liver to get the effect. Do a long Fast then try them. lol
When your systems clean like Pollys will be you'll get effects off low doses as it converts to delta 11 in edible form. Also if you combust lots of weed you may just need a larger dosage.

Liver detox/any detox (especially Online/non lab made) is basically sudoscience they don’t work it’s a scam, so I doubt that will make a difference, if you google it you’ll see there has never been any proven correlation between detox products and genuine improvement, it’s like taking sugar pills. I think my problem is my body won’t convert the thc inside my liver

I'm going through an edible test at the moment with very mixed results. Low dose, very mellow. Higher dose, nothing to write home about. Go figure! I will keep testing though. (I think set and setting are very important. Tbh I've tried a couple of times when I'm in a low mood and tired and the RSO has just amplified this. Although, it is supposed to lift your mood? May just stick to vaping!!)

It can take up to 2 hours to feel the effect and like said before empty stomach will speed up absorption to the blood stream.

I'm not a techie or great with this stuff so wtf do we do when we need Crypto for our smoke now?? All major banks are following suit and restricting or in many cases suspending Crypto purchases. I saw the first sign of this when my Coinbase purchase was cancelled but then eventually went through but what in the actual fuck is happening?!?!

I freaked out man, 4 months after signing up with LB I found myself willing and able to purchase BCs but with nowhere to go.
In the end I ended up signing up with eToro as it is the only fully FCA approved exchange.
i could buy some BCs form my UK bank but there is a 60 days wait before being able to transfer the BCs into the eToro wallet.
Good thing I squirelled away a couple of oz :-)

Yeah I've done some googling, and currently my bank has restrictions but still able to buy but there some sort of algorithms involved cos I tried with one amount and computer said no! And my stomach instantly dropped with the coinbase mssg that account will be locked if another declined transaction takes place, tried again with £5 more and it went through so now i have an amount and i will just stick to it. Its all all very shady, should've just moved to Amsterdam in the early days when young and free, would've been set up with a life less hectic than here with the best smoke and maybe not so best but pretty stoned ho's on tap 😂

If you use Bittylicious it is done through BACS transfer so no worries about purchases being cancelled. I’ve been using them for a while now and never had a problem.
Buy an NFT using a marketplace that allows debit card payments, instantly floor that jpeg at a loss and pay the 10% royalties. Then either swap or bridge that crypto into bitcorn and there you will have 1% of the value left to buy your smoke. Just rinse and repeat until you have enough for your order. NFA

try wirex, its quick from topup to sending but you need to validate, you can use credit card or debit to topup then convert to btc
they didnt let you send crypto externally when i looked at them, lets you buy buts its all held on the app with no external transfer options. on the flip side for holders its a safe way to store as i think i read it was insured.

High conviction interval that 15k was the bottom for years to come, have large bags of both ETH and BTC. Imo ETH will be at 10k within 10 years. BTC 100k is a meme but will happen. Don’t keep your long term crypto on exchanges or online wallets use cold storage or hardware wallets as cracking and insolvency is going to become even more prevalent (don’t trust stablecoins long term either). Keep your fiat in banks who are backed by armies or suffer the consequences of centralised currency’s. Planting this here to farm the clout in the years to come lol.

Just wondering what to do here. Made an order earlier few days ago for a couple of qs. Came through and one of the qs was a different strain to what i ordered. Nice stuff and everything but i wanted a sativa leaning and an indica leaning but instead got two indicas.
Got in touch and asked if they will meet me in the middle with it - top me up to a q if i order a 3.5 with the stuff i had ordered but not received and theyve said no.
Im not the type to be wanting to cause issues but not really happy about the situation. If i could i would send the stuff i didnt ask for back but i doubt thats gonna be an option and Ive not got the kind of money lying around rn to be blowing another £70 odd before my next payday.

On the one hand it’s tricky’cos this ain’t Amazon but that doesn’t change the fact that you are entitled to get the products that you ordered.
Some vendors think they can make substitutions but in my view they need to message you first and agree that it’s OK. Personally I always get pissed if I get a substitution. In fact I’ve often messaged vendors at the point of order asking them NOT to substitute (doesn’t always work!)
If a vendor agrees they sent you the wrong product then they should work with you to put it right (even though I was recently told to stop making a fuss and “calm down”..really?). Sometimes it’s your word against theirs, some Biggas do try their luck and vendors have to be on their toes too.
I think your request is reasonable if you’ve made it in a reasonable manner i.e to top your next order up.

Yeh its definitely a tricky one - probably will sleep on naming them but its a vendor with a great rep and tbf everything ive got from them has exceeded expectations in terms of quality so I might just take the L. Not gonna take it to dispute anyway.
It's down to the vendor to advertise the fact they are out of stock or tell you before it's shipped. There is fek all you can do about it and the fact the vendor didn't let you know probably means you'll get fuck all from them. Personally I'd chalk it up and never go near that vendor again. You'll find a decent vendor on here there are many.

Yeh i dropped a message said if i order an 8th can you top up to a q but no dice. They said because i told them the wrong stuff they sent was good that i shouldnt complain.

Hi, Maybe I'm missing some info but if the btc to gbp rate goes up (or indeed down) you will pay the same in Pounds IF you are buying the bitcoin on the day of purchase.
LB pricing reflects this, for example: Product listed at $120 - so let's say that is equivalent to £100. Here are three BTC prices using different btc/gbp rates:
£100 1btc/£18,000 LB Price: 0.0055555
£100 1btc/£19,000 LB Price: 0.0052631
£100 1btc/£20,000 LB Price: 0.0050000
In each example there are large swings in the btc/gbp rate and therefore the LB Price (inversely), BUT you still only pay £100 in each instance.
Maybe you are talking about fees or something else but hopefully I have offered some sort of help, in spite of all the maths!!! (Sorry!) Cheers :)

The BTC exchange rate refreshes constantly (about every hour I think). You pay the dollar rate equivalent. It’s vendors who are effected more since their Bitcoin payments are held as Bitcoin in escrow for up to 16 days- obviously a lot can happen to it’s value in that time- but it swings both ways….
But can of course be a big pay day too 🥳…although I think most of them would rather have stability!

I meant the refresh rate on LB. On the exchanges yes they are updating in real time, LB doesn’t move quite that fast😉
It doesn't really do anything. I just buy my Bitcoin as and when I need it that way your always paying the dollar price if you get what I mean

I have been reading quite a bit on here about how to buy bitcoins and trying to get it right in my head before I do. Most of you seem to suggest wallets as I'm guessing the money is less likely to get lost? What wallet can I use that is secure but on a laptop, are they free, are they separate from the sites you buy the bitcoins on and how do I remain anon~? Sorry for all the questions.Thanks
I use Electrum, it's a free easy to use wallet with all the features you'd ever need. The wallet is like your man in the middle you send the bitcoins from where you bought them to your wallet, then send them from your wallet to the seller. To be honest most of the time now I just buy my btc from bittylicious.com and pay straight to littlebiggy rather than using my wallet... (every time you send bitcoin it costs bitcoin so it's cheaper to send direct).
Alternatively some of the sites you buy the btc from will offer you an online wallet. Never store btc in an online wallet but it's fine if your spending your btc straight away.
Also it's getting difficult to pay for btc by card, paying by transfer is much more reliable.

Yeah it's fine for that mate it's all quite secure tbh I haven't lost a penny in a over a year of it. I'd recommend sending the btc straight away because the value of bitcoin can drop (or rise) very quickly at times so the sooner you spend it the safer you are from any losses :) It's a bit scary at first but you quickly get into the rhythm of it, just double check everything before sending money/btc and you will be absolutely fine :)

Try a non KYC exchange like Kraken or Bybit to buy your btc. Create a wallet address to safely store your btc. Use this wallet to buy or send btc.

What you should have done is get a wallet and transfer coins from CB to your personal wallet. In this case will be less suspicious rather sending straight from your CB acc or at least thats what ive heard. I use it as well but first transfer the coins to my personal wallet and from there i deal with transactions. Good luck!
Lol, i wish i was new, but i have wasted so much money on fee's and i feel the pain of others on a budget, i have been trying to let people know about how CB works and that people can buy a quarter for under a pound fees for the last two years.
The trick is to avoid wallets therefore avoiding crap fees.
And I'm sure any future crackdown on btc will first involve wallets.
I do have an edge wallet for LB referrals but the good thing about edge is it is anonymous, yes the fees are high but it's free money so i don't mind taking a lil hit now and again.

I've used Coinbase for over 50 buys now. Never had a problem. The only tip I would have is of you are buying on cb with a credit card then let your provider know. Mine credit card kept getting rejected and it was because my bank didn't think the transaction was legit
I've been using coinbase the fees are shocking sometimes £25 upwards .I've been buying coin and putting it in exodus wallet and paying that way the fee was only 45p

I’ve use Bitpanda from the get-go, and their fees were reasonable at first, but lately the fees have been astronomical! Yesterday I ordered 7g’s and the fees for that one transaction was £27!! They also make it really difficult to contact someone for an explanation.
I'm leaving bitpanda because of the pathetic fees. I haven't tried(but will soon), but someone in lb was talking about buying btc on bittylicious and have exodus as a wallet
Been using Coinbase for ages. I’ve had issues like that before and it’s usually due to CB requiring you to log into the website and fill in some extra security details etc blah blah.
Not sure if this post is ancient or not but I use Coinbase myself, been getting ripped off with fee's for the longest time until recently when I found out about the advanced trade. So usually if I spend £60 on bitcoins they would deduct £2.99 to buy the coins and then 40p ish to send them, now I've started using the advanced trade the fee to buy £60 worth of bitcoin is 39p, much better!! Not sure how that compares to other crypto sellers because I've only ever used Coinbase but for me Coinbase does the job nicely and now my fees are way lower too which is great 👌
Coinbase are fine for me - just make sure you use the Advanced Trade (what was CB Pro) to purchase and the fees are pennies. If you use the usual buy method on CB the fees are ridiculous. Never had to wait more than 10-15 mins max for my sent btc to say received at transaxe. No problems whatsoever. Quick and easy! :-)
You probably need to ask folks where they live when asking about CoinBase if you're in the U.S. I'm in the U.S. and they booted me several years ago because of "suspicious" use of their service. I was just buying coin and sending it to one of these markets (don't remember if it was Lil Biggy or one of the ones that are no longer around) I'm just guessing that the satisfied customers here might not be living in the U.S. I use Coinmama now (London based, but your bank may not do foreign transfers like mine doesn't, requiring you to use PayPal debit card or something else to buy coin), no probs for years. Send my coins to a wallet (Exodus), then from there to the vendor. Good luck.

Personally I buy from Cex.io and transfer into a local Exodus wallet on my PC. Its a fixed price in bitcoins for the withdrawal which works out at about $10, but as I tend to buy £500 at a time and thats the only fee, it works out fine for me. Never had any issues and once the coin is in my wallet, no charges.
Also CB carry a lot of weight in terms of pushing conformations buy setting reminders on the blochchain, i have total confidence with even very small orders that can otherwise be ignored and even discarded with other broker's, for example sending a tip to a vendor.

For example i have six referral payments that are years old that will never be confirmed because they very small amounts and have been forgotten.
If these payments had been sent to me via CB i would have recieved them as i have never lost a small trade with them.

The way to do it is open a coinbase pro account then load your normal CB account with fiat which you then transfer to your pro account for free, then you buy btc on the CB pro exchange for about 0.20p for 70 dollars worth, you then transfer your buy back to your normal CB account for free, from there you you send you btc to LB for less than a pound.
I have been using this system for 2 and a half years.

Could it have been transaxe hanging, been known to happen, never for that long though. Coinbase has never been an issue for me, transactions usually at the most take 30 mins maybe. Did see an email today from them about possible regulation changes...sounded official and a bit scary...financial institutions trying to get control of the crypto....wonders what others thought about that ...

I find the charges high on Coinbase, I use btc just for sending I just use Coinbase for trading
Coinbace has some of the highest fees you are better off using a different on-ramp.
Also it is important to keep your BTC in your own self custody wallet.
