Yes mate quite a lot. RSO is the easiest to deal with, let it down with some oil, MCT with a little sunflower oil is probably the best. DIUK do a good Gelato option and I believe they can also supply other options as well ( from memory last year they did a full pack with suppositories for a patient). You could use bud/trim and decarb then put in a heatproof jar in boiling water for around 3 hours and then strain. Some vendors have premade cannacaps. Northern organics do good options along with hashashin. Oilman seems to have disappeared recently, his prices were a little on the high side, gilly1980 also has reasonably priced RSO.

I think the people that use pgr’s are 100% growing for quantity over quality, even then they end up lowering the price cause it’s lower grade so realistically if they did grow for quality and got less weight they could just put the prices up.

The high from pgr weed feels regulated to some degree in that it has a limit of potency irrespective of thc content. Solely for aesthetics.

Fluffy buds are natural as its a plant. If you want tighter buds, get better lighting, conditions etc.

You can get organic bud boosters which is just carbs & food to make bigger more tighter buds, it don't have to be chemical

I’m like you mate, I’m a kid is sweet shop on here and have over 40 different strains on The Shelf, all in kilner jars, I’ve seen less stocked Apothecaries 🙀 and that doesn’t include all of the hashes, concentrates or carts! They stay cool and are not exposed to strong light.

The good news is even the oldest (about 18 months!) smokes real fine. Some are obviously drier than when I got them and the lights have gone out as it where but whenever I’ve taken a hit before deciding to throw them out they have been just as good as I remember.

Fresh works best for all the senses, but properly stored weed works great for getting you high even after ages, IMO 👍👍

I think what will die out is smaller sellers like myself who consistently lose money because its tied up in Transaxe (escrow) for way longer than it needs to be.

Why can't funds be linked to reviews? As soon as a customer had left a review there could be a box which says "are you happy with your purchase and for your funds to be released to the vendor? - yes - no". If yes the funds are released and if no it takes you to a dispute page. So simple and would solve so many issues but as with every other sensible idea on here, like introducing another more stable Crypto option, it will never happen.

To be honest if I'm consistently losing 15-20% when BTC falls on its arse during the 16 days its stuck in escrow, plus the 10-15% seller fees on top of that, selling on LB is becoming less and less viable by the day.

There has to be a better way to run this site than have it rely on something so volatile. But I won't hold my breath.

Fully agreed on BB on the review payment system that's a great idea as every vendor big or small is at risk with a 16 day payout.

The markets are going to keep on crashing until they can get inflation under control which won't be any time soon. I stated this back in December and was attacked for my forward-thinking at the time.

Surely being a grower you are taking less risk in your initial financial outlay than say a retail seller?

A grower surely is in the best position to take advantage of this current climate?

You're probably right that i'm less financially exposed than many "middle men" (for want of a better phrase) but the point is more about 'where' i sell rather than 'if' i sell.

If i have someone in London who offers (just as an example) £140 per zip for the entire crop for cash. A year ago i'd say no, these days those offers are far more tempting. Less hassle, less effort and less overheads.

It just means people like myself might look elsewhere to sell rather than risk a slightly higher profit margin that can dissapear overnight due to BTC's volatility.

I guess i should count myself lucky as i can ride it out, but i have a feeling others might not be in such an advantageous situation and the whole 16 day escrow thing is absolutely crippling their businesses.

Like i say fingers crossed it'll stabilise.

yeah i used a big seller on a dn market that insisted on a review and early finalization to ship. once he had volume he did a runner on all of us.

Bitcoin works better as a digital currency when its lower in value rather than being inflated as a speculative digital commodity. It'll probably bounce back like it has before but when I joined LB it was around £6k and it would be great if it could get back to those levels or lower. (should say I obviously don't want to see any biggas losing money and wish you all the best).

Agree 100% with BB that the funds should be available to the seller after being reviewed too, maybe say 24 or 48 hours after the review is left (assuming not in dispute) that way the buyer still has a bit of extra protection but the seller doesn't have to wait 16 days. Escrows do normally work both ways like that.

Always think long-term look at the internet in the mid 90's people were saying then if it would work and look at it now. It takes 20 years or so for things to go mainstream we are 14 years in on BTC.

And the tech bubble bursting in 99 was a sifting process where the weak fell by the wayside (tech companies that went bust) and then the likes of Google survived.

2024 and that's when the next bullrun should start, however there are investing companies trying to get an approval from SEC to have a spot bitcoin ETF available for sometime and they have to give in eventually. This should make the price pump. But end of the day who knows all I'm doing is holding my bags and buying some more when possible.

With absolute certainty, nobody is flagging any addresses to anyone for cannabis consumption, unless you are smoking and your neighbors can smell it or if the postie gets a wiff. A cannabis consumer is so low down the food chain of importance that the authorities do not have the resources to deal with it, and its also not work their manpower in doing so.

I work for NHS and there is no way they would have done that because they are not allowed to due to confidentiality. It will be in your medical record but should not be shared with anyone and if it is, you can bring a massive case against them. You are probably better just saying you smoke it but never say where you procure it from. Keeps everyone safe.

I have borderline personality disorder too. I tell my doctors about drugs but not that I get it delivered. But to be honest they dont care. It's more paperwork than it's worth. And you are only smoking and not dealing so you should be ok. Cannabis helps me to get rid of my thoughts. My care coordinator said I'm fine smoking if it helps me. There are so many different opinions from "professionals" you just have to do what's best for you. Try not to get too paranoid (easier said than done) in the nicest way possible you are a small fish to them. Police wouldn't waste their time either. Have a good smoke and let your thoughts float away.

Your HCW will only be interested in your consumption in relation to assessing your mental health. Honestly, they're not going to be interested where you sourced your weed, unless they wanted to buy some for themselves, of course.

The mental health system is a draconian mess. I was pumped full of Valium, then they realized I had ADHD. No idea how they thought filling someone with Valium was a wise idea. I even protested it but they insisted it would be great.. It wasn't.

I have been 100% honest with medical professionals for a long time. They are bound by confidentiality and are there to help you not get you busted. You have nothing to worry about my friend I promise. Mental health issues can intensify your worries ten fold, I'm speaking from a lot of very recent personal experience. You would have be selling large amounts cannabis on a regular basis to be of any interest/value to the authorities. Honesty will help you feel better and help you heal faster and you have some people who have your back and are not there to work against you. Buying and smoking small amounts of cannabis is a relatively risk free business these days.

I have PTSD. My doctors and psychologists all know I drink and smoke weed to help cope with it. No one has reported me or are monitoring me or anything. They’re only interested in helping you get better and helping you to cope with life. No one is going to report you or monitor you at all. The only time any health professional will ever refer you is if they think you will hurt yourself or someone else.

There isnt a way to "flag" your address with royal mail mate, the postie might be on to it if it is regular small packets with no return address. Or if he smells it on delivery, and is a knob. Stick with NDD if you can as those deliveries are guaranteed and trackable to the door. I dont believe MH professionals would try to intervene in such a way. Green is the least of their worries, so much really bad stuff going on! Class A's etc even benzos very dangerous.

I find the best way to maintain your tolerance levels without the need for a break to be switching strains, never smoke the same bud for too long, I do at most half oz on strain and then move on ( granted there are occasion where I will pick up more because it’s too good, but then I do start to find it’s effects less so as time goes on), otherwise I just go cold turkey for a week or two and I’m flying to the moon after just a few puffs..cold turkey for me mainly involves the odd bad night of sleep, but nothing too bad…turkey and cheese sandwich helped with sleep for me lol

My last T break was for about 3 weeks. I think that's about long enough for me but that's a subjective thing.

I had a night or two where i woke up in cold sweats, nothing too serious but it can happen so if it does don't panic.

Also i had very vivid and often quite manic dreams, so just be aware that can happen too.

I've always gone completely cold turkey though, and never used the CBD method, so you're probably being more sensible in your approach.

I consume about as much as you do these days so haven't personally felt the need for a T break myself for quite a while. When i did it last i was on about 3.5g a day (minimum), so perhaps that's where the cold sweats etc came from.

Good luck with everything and i do think T breaks are deffo a good idea.

I’m off to Turkey in 4 days and as it’s a family holiday I’m taking the opportunity for a break. I don’t use a lot but I’ve been daily for a while.
So for the last week I’ve been gradually reducing my evening consumption with tonight being my first without a smoke/edible. Good job it’s been a tough work week meaning I’m shattered.
Weaning myself off has been good for me. Perhaps more psychological than physical- I use for sleep so was really worried that I’d be an insomniac!
I’ve been supplementing with CBD gummies which must have helped keep me balanced.
This holiday is long overdue and I’m not wishing it away….. but I can’t wait to get back and melt away 😶‍🌫️

So last night was tough… I think I got about 3 hours sleep. I don’t know it it’s all down to withdrawal. As I’ve said, i use for sleep (I love being stoned so sleep is my justification 🤫) so not having it means I may go back to my old ways. I’ve also got loads of work stress and I’m anxious about travelling as it’s been a while.
I’m having a drink tonight, my second without anything, so I’m hoping that’ll help me drift off. I know the sleep quality won’t be the best but bad quality is better than none I guess.
No work now for 2 weeks so hopefully the stress will ease too!

So I’ve been in Turkey for 4 days now. Because of travelling I had a total of about 8 hours sleep over 4 days in the run up so that, along with the sun, food and Efes helped with kicking the poor sleep routine so I’m over all the withdrawals now 👍
I’d forgotten how beautiful this place is. I’m still an early riser and the warm mornings would be just perfect for a wake and bake followed be a steady stone through the day but the beer will have to do!!

I’d considered continuing the break for a little longer but this weather is too nice not to have a smoke.

I feel just delightful right now. I was about to walk out to sit in the garden after I tried to slide my flip flops onto the wrong feet I let out a little childish giggle 🤭

It’s definitely given me something to help stay motivated the next time- felt like a whole new experience.
Turkey was amazing, long overdue but that helped make it even better.
I’m in north west England so not as hot as the south and with a nice coastal breeze so this feel a tad cooler. It’s certainly nice to come back to this rather than 18 degrees 🥶
