I’m no cannabis grower but a keen gardener and deformed growth can occur from pests which feed on the plants juices such as aphids, mealy bugs, and whitefly. It might not be that but a brief close up check on the leaf undersides and nooks and crannies of the plant can’t hurt. I grow pitcher plants which can deform due to pests sucking on the sap at the base of the plant so I check them over periodically.

What light cycle are you running?
What water are you feeding, tap water or filtered? Is your substrate 100% Coco?

I wouldn't do any training or topping until your plant is healthy

I don't think because other people have had positive experiences that it automatically invalidates a negative one. I do think that some members might be trying to create a balance when someone does have a negative experience so people can get a full picture. I think a lot of the time it's more to do with how someone has put something across rather than nessesarily what they've said. But of course, you're always going to get those who can't understand that someone else's experience might be different to their own. We are still on the Internet after all. In those cases it's not worth the effort to engage with it. Studies show even a single bad review can negatively impact a products sales. But if said review turns into a slanging match, it just makes everyone look stupid and any significance of what you said gets lost.

From my experience (can't speak for anyone else) I've found that just talking to the seller if there's a problem always works for me. Though that probably isn't by accident. I always have a good look around a sellers page and if there's anything that doesn't seem 100% I won't look at the product. At the end of the day you're handing over your personal details not just your money. But the ones I've dealt with have been highly professional esp considering the legality of the industry. But as I said. Just because I've been lucky up until now doesn't mean you haven't had some bad luck. Hope you've managed to find a and merchant you're happy with :)

it all comes down to the fact that everything here is organised by humans. Humans make mistakes and misjudgements all the time so you can’t really guarantee a perfect experience / exchange every time. But being able to admit to being wrong sometimes, and having a bit of patience will make all the difference. People just don’t like being wrong but it’s a side effect of being a person.

Ordered off them about 4 times now and the smoke has always been banging including the Cali he’s got up now, that shit is fire (expensive I know). Also had quite a few convos with them and they’ve always been happy to help and accommodate any requests. It's easy to find. The vendor posted a topic about a buyer. Screenshots of comments that should be from different accounts but from the vendor are all on there.
It's really pathetic what went on and how long it went on for. It also got way out of hand for what it was all about as well.
