Superhans is usually spot on with ndd, tbh though I've never really had an issue with any vendors and ndd apart from the odd one which are confusing around ndd and next day dispatch. There are delays with Royal mail though so you can't just blame the vendors. I had a ndd last week that took around 5 days but I can clearly see by the stamps on the package that it was sent when the seller sent it and it was sent ndd so the delay was clearly with royal mail

again the RM refund a NDD if its not there by 1pm next day, thats why its called a NDD.
there are lots of recorded delivery options, NDD arrives next day but it cost more so most vendors keep the money and send recorded delivery..you can always see on the pack when it arrives.

TGT have done well with NDD. Pistach NDD is next day if ordered by 1pm the day before, and they have always arrived next day. For me anyway. Some standard mail has arrived next day for me.

thanks , missing two in a row from pistach...they were excellent but service and replies are rubbish lately. his account says 5 messages from me....and i paid NDD...he ignores my messages while strangers reply on here. you lot should open shops, cheers guys.

Oh shit. That's not good. To be fair, I have noticed a change in their communication. It appeared the same person was replying at the start, and some messages I've had from them just read like it's from a different person. Hopefully they will sort you mate.

I actually tell a lie. I had one NDD from Pistach that didn't arrive (ordered on a Thur, didn't arrive Fri). I messaged them, they asked what the order was and it arrived on the Monday. I was worried it had been got, but they said not to worry, it was a mixed up their end and it wasn't actually sent on the Thursday as it should have been. They did communicate with me though and got it sorted. That's what you need at the mo by the sounds of it.

To be more positive....i use YourMumsHouse mostly but they got caught out when the post office shut early yesterday......they replied like 4 times today apologising and have already been out and posted for me today.
so i will say they are very efficient , have great quality buds and care about customer service.
i did think the same of pistach....

‘The Gentleman Dealers’ only use NDD and that’s how they WILL send it (do note cut off times), but they are not going to underwrite the performance of RM for you….

the RM undwrwrite their own performance, they guarantee a NDD or refund it, most vendors on here say NDD but pay recorded delivery, not the same thing.

TGD give you tracking information and send as they describe. You can’t really ask for anymore. I’ve never had an issue with any vendor NDD, but I get normal LB post that arrives at the same time- sometimes before!
Sounds like you are rather unlucky…

for real, 4 NDDs in a row all late, then turns out they paid like £2 on each.... before that i had 4 underweight in a row...will try out your gentlemen dealers reccomendation, thanks
