I saw a topic on this a while ago, and someone said if it's less than 16 days from the order message Transaxe as money is still with them, not vendor maybe try giving that ago. Hope you get it sorted soon mate.

In my limited experience of the refund system, you have to nudge them at least once, and it takes ages to get sorted out. A lot of the borgs appear to run on a Monday-Friday 9-5 system (which kinda makes them not borgs, as shouldn't the AI or whatever part be able to kick in...?), but time shifted to a West Coast US (or equivalent) time zone. Don't give up! Contact Transaxe Support too and see what input they have.

if you canceled the seller has time to confirm the order was not sent. then refund borg sends you a message requesting your btc address

I did that 4/5 days ago and the Borg hasn’t replied
