Posting this as a buyer warning, not to cause drama.

I placed an order with this seller on 25 December and paid extra for Special Delivery (tracked). The item was marked as sent on 26 December, however nothing arrived and no tracking has ever been provided, despite repeated requests over several weeks.

After chasing for updates, I was later told the item would actually be dispatched on 5 January, which directly contradicts the earlier “sent” status. Since then, I’ve sent multiple follow-up messages asking for tracking and clarification. The seller repeatedly states the item has been sent, yet cannot (or will not) provide tracking, and has even asked for my postcode again, despite already having it.

As of today, it has been over three weeks since ordering, with no proof of dispatch and very poor communication, despite the seller appearing online regularly. I’ve now had no option but to raise a dispute.

For additional context, both my brother and cousin have stopped using this seller due to repeated negative experiences. This includes being sent different products to what was ordered, with no prior message or explanation (for example, ordering flower and receiving hash instead). That lack of transparency is not acceptable.

I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision before ordering, particularly if paying extra for tracked or time-sensitive delivery.

If you pay for tracked delivery, you should receive tracking. Repeated delays, contradictions and no proof of postage are clear warning signs.
