My advice is never take a T-break, just switch up your consumption methods. If you usually smoke or vape, switch to edibles for a week or vice versa. Your body processes THC differently if you smoke or eat it so this is a great way to reset your main method of consumption without missing out on that sweet, sweet THC. What a stupid response Mr Murray. Yes you can switch up methods, but generally the aim is to stop having as much THC run through your system so when it comes back, it's a more pronounced feeling.
T breaks and tolerance resets (cutting right down to once a day for a few days) are your best friend.
Sidenote: if you cant go 24-48 hours without a smoke you are heavily addicted. THC has a super long half life, so even the biggest of cheefers should be able to manage 24 hours at least.

But the question would be is it a different type of THC/chemical when using other types of consumption?

And even if it is slightly different would it still be a big difference compared to taking a full break and having no variation of THC in your system?

I understand its hard to stop completeltly for week or so.
Bring your daily usage down by 50% for 2 days, then another 50% for 2 days, maintain for another 4 days, take a 24 hour break, and bam. Almost like your first high with an added touch of mild anxiety 😂

26/8/25 2nd act commencing. tracker provided, shows as delivered this morning after 8 days. Only prblem is RM tracker shows a photo of a front door thats not mine, in a district far from me. Unless its a genuine mistake and I was given the incorrect tracker, maybe for another bigga, I think this is referred to as "Modified Postage label Scam" and is pretty big on ebay atm. You gave me a tracker that you've tried to pass off as going to me, then you've provided me with a load of old bollocks when it comes to actual evidence. The tracking photo was taken in a city about 60 miles away from me. The only way the parcel could have got there, is if it was addressed to go there, and not to me. You've sent me a photo of your shipping document that conveniently doesn't show a postcode. You were happy to issue a refund by me just saying that photo on the tracker isn't my front door. Anyone else would be a bit more interested in why their parcel apparently headed for London went to another town 60 miles away instead.

You've looked up on the internet and found a mail scam for the area in question, but its actually a mail scam in New York at a place with the same name, there are no mail scams of this type noted in the UK delivery office of the same name.
The more info you offer the more apparent it becomes that you're scamming.

You do not need the post code to view the photo. (As I got to the photo without the postcode)
You do need it now though for some reason, and when I enter mine in the tracker, it says this is not the postcode for this tracker, (delivered in a different city to you.) and it won't show me photo now, which is fine because I snipped it all already.

Ignore the wannabe Asian Andy. They're not the best, not the worst, but they do weekly deals where all they do is change the strain offered, so the reviews are almost never for what they're selling. It's scummy and lazy.

There are plenty top vendors here, donloco's, Green Cat, Green Avenger, Cannabis Cannibals, Riley Packs, radar breeder, to name a small selection.

Avoid Pistach, Gentlemen Dealers, Green Team and Spacemen. Not that they're bad, but there's better availability.

Who was the vendor and what did you order?

They can't all be zingers unfortunately and there's many factors to getting sub par product (ie possibly a dodgy vendor, a dodgy batch, getting lower end stuff or being the end of the batch and getting the remains)

All I can say is that reputation means everything on this site, especially for vendors.
The few times things have gone awry for me, I've messaged the vendors and it's always gotten to a resolution.

Suggest you try the same before throwing a public hissy fit
