Hi thanks for reaching out to me. I bought an item off uk dispensary days after the order I messaged them a got no response after lots of messages I got a reply with wats your postcode.

Then get told it’s got caught in customs lol from a uk to uk deliver how I don’t understand. Then get told it’s a resend I said ok thanks. Now it’s been near a month u can’t tell me they couldn’t deliver also at this point now no response at all then I open a dispute.

An now instead of replying to me his going around replying to others trying to get others to side with him saying we don’t send out orders to people who open disputes lol are u crazy it’s because of your lack of customer service skills are to blame. I only opened a dispute weeks after being told it’s been send and didn’t receive my order all other vendors we ordered from me an other friends have got our orders from all other vendors apart from this individual who thinks it’s a good idea to not fix the problem but to go out to the open chat an call his customers a helmet for a mistake or what I think wich is scammer behaviour.

Just think about it people like this shouldn’t be allowed to trade on a platform they don’t respect a show major disrespect to customers for clout. Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous.

I’m well aware of how this place works I’ve red though the rules an what I got was this site cares more for its vendors who are robbing customers blind just look at the reviews of uk dispensary. Disgusting

sucks that the is happened but this does show the importance of doing your due diligence on vendors. this isn’t amazon & bad actors will pop up.

If they’re using click and drop, their printer hold history.
All sellers using tracked services have a record, there’s really no way around it. How else could you prove delivery and fend off spurious claims?

Can you clarify where the typo is. I see two different sets of numbers did you mean 30mg or 300mg per sweet

And by thc do you mean pure thc isolate or something? I’m just interested in how the math works out, slightly obsessed

For instance if it where 300mg shatter which let’s say for talk sake is 70% thc that would work out at around 210mg of thc?

The first parcel didn't arrive suspiciously .we offered to resend and he left bad feedback and opened a dispute before we had a chance to sort it.we don't resend if a dispute is opened because we lose our money . Now he's threatening us . absolute helmet don't sell to him absolute joke no idea about wait times resend times etc just bad feedback and a dispute we dont need people like this ruining our business

If you read back through our feedback we always resend it may take time because we like to wait and see if the original parcel arrives late we 100 percent would have made sure he got his product or at least a refund .but because of the dispute and bad feedback Hel have to wait a month now to be refunded through the site and even so we still will let him receive the money back and not complain so who's lost out here ?? Obviously us because we now have bad feedback at the top of our profile which stops other new customers and sometimes old ones from buying we will lose thousands of pounds because of this and what has he lost nothing except now having to wait a bit for his refund these people are impatient and don't know how the site works so in a way they get fucked over but we get totally fucked over badly .
