unfortunately had to make a dispute today no parcel no comms unread messages from 4 days ago - 60 doller order from new vendor not a lot in big scheme but enough i cant just do nothing. would like to resolve but no comms i appreciate this aint argos

how long does the process take roughly please will show as 1.6% disputed but its for 2 items on 1 order with same vendor

cheers budzinho so 23 days for potential refund - i made a post saying to try new sellers 🤣 first time burnt just glad wasnt a more substantial order im opento resolve if vendor sees this - season of good will after all ✌️

I like giving new vendors a go, only been scammed the once, luckily it was only about £30, but that's steep for what was two packets of fruit pastilles! TerpStation, disappeared the next day funnily enough. Real shame a tiny minority ruin it for the vast majority of decent, honest new vendors trying to get a foothold.
