20 years insomniac talking here. Exactly same problem as you. According to my experience, eating half of a full-spectrum gummy helps me to fall back asleep, along with some self-hypnosis.
The key is to relax, not to want to sleep.

Dr Distillate has. He has RSO too. I have tried RSO for sleep, unfortunately it does not allow me to sleep whole night long ; it just makes me overtired for 24 hours.

I see some gummies but they don't look like full spectrum, seems to be D9 Distillate.

Hello mate, you could check out RDRs FECO, I find it to be a bit mellower than RSO so might suit you better for sleeping.
