Afternoon all.
I use weed as both pain relief (fibromyalgia), and to reduce insomnia (and occasionally to get high), but I prefer edibles to smoking.
The problem I've been having is that my tolerance is getting exponentially higher and I'm currently having to take 150-200mg to get the same benefit/hit I was getting previously.
I've got no concern about the quality of the edibles as they are ones I've bought on here repeatedly and they're always top notch (they're my benchmark to compare others to).
Plus this has always happened to me. Back in my younger days I could have a smoke and pull a whitey, but a few days later I'd need to 'outsmoke' anybody in my group just to get a buzz, whilst their tolerances always stayed pretty static....
My question is, basically, what can I do about this as my bank balance won't keep up with my increasing tolerance, but it's the only thing that is keeping my pain levels tolerable?
I've tried stuff from a number of different vendors on here, and though the majority have been excellent, and some stand out above others, there have been several whose product was underwhelming, or whose lack of stealth came close to getting me in a heap of trouble (hence the throwaway in case I accidentally say something I shouldn't).
So, to the (overall) excellent biggy community, what are my options for pain relief without bankrupting myself in the process?
Should I bite the bullet and smoke as needed for a quicker hit and more instant pain relief? If so, what method as tobacco is a no go - bongs, vapes, dry herb vaporizers?
Or should I buy a good bulk of weed and have a go at making my own edibles? And if so, do you have any advice how to do it please?
Basically I just want to be a 'cheap date' ;)
And preferably one who is not in significant pain and sleep deprived.
