Ordered a month ago (international) and I've been having problems ever since. I tried to cancel my order after reading elsewhere about this vendors shady practices, but they denied the cancellation.

They claim they shipped my order a couple days after, but I had to text them regularly over 3 days just to get a tracking number. 1+ month later, I haven't received anything, the tracking page never got updated with progress (just says label created), and they keep lying through their teeth that the package never reached my country's customs.

First off: the company you claim to have used to ship to my country doesn't even operate here. So even if the package reached local customs, that company would have nothing to do with it.

Also, if a tracking number is provided, would it not track throughout? Even if it doesn't, how does a company that does not operate in the buyer's country track through it's customs?

Second: Every time you try to talk to them, you have to wait like 4 damn days for a response. I'm currently on day 8 of my last chat, and they refuse to respond at all.

In the last conversation, they offered a reship but haven't heard a peep in 8 days even though I text them regularly to inquire.

Absolute scam, do not use pistach to buy things internationally. On other posts, they just say 'oh you should've reached out to us if you had issues' but they don't even respond if you do, you're just left at the mercy of the settlementborg.
