I’ve been microdosing for the best part of 3 years taking a fortnight break every couple of months.
I’ve had debilitating anxiety and the effects have been transformative.
It’s helped me grieve the loss of my father, sell my house, get a new job and relocate myself and my folks from the north of England to the south coast- all things I could never have done without MDing.

I’ve done various protocols eg 5 days on 2 days off, every other day etc

I started with shrooms, doses varied between 250-500mg.
But last year I discovered pyschonauts (a vendor here) and have switched to their lsd. It’s much more user friendly and I prefer the effects.
I’ve found im more productive with lsd, more focused and less emotional compared to shrooms.
I’ve found 20ug to be my sweet spot and have been using 1 day on and 2 days off protocol.
Having suffered with crippling anxiety for 20 years conventional medicine hasn’t helped. Neither has cbt, counselling nor support groups.
I also work out every day, get to bed early (fatigue made anxiety worse for me), I limit caffeine and eat well.
A big thing that helped was cutting alcohol out completely.
People who don’t suffer anxiety don’t understand the impact.
