Long story short; I bought 3.5g of Stardawg from this vendor; it was ok. So I then bought another 7g of the same product, but was sent a totally different product than I received before. The product was marked the same but clearly a different product. It was also of inferior quality and unsmokable from my perspective. I messaged the vendor to give them a chance to sort it out letting them know the situation. I receive a message back after 2 days asking for my postcode, so it looks as if the vendor didnt even read my message and sent a standard response to me, thinking I was someone who didnt receive an NDD. I message again explaining in the situation. No reply again for 2 days and messages not even opened despite vendor being on LB. This isnt a professional way to deal with issues and it certainly isnt providing excellent customer service or a top notch product. I will be disputing this order on the basis the vendor mis-sold a product, by sending me a totally different product than they had previously without changing the product description at all.
