I completely understand that Mr x is a respected and valued seller with great reputation.
I have bought from him in the past and have never had any issues up until now and I have been left with no choice but to write this, ive never publicly tarnished a seller on LB. But it says to contact mr x direct before leaving bad reviews, and all of my messages have been ignored with still no item delivered.

On the 1st of March I ordered from mr x and the item was issued as sent.

It’s now the 8th and I’m beginning to grow concerned about the order as it’s not arrived yet

I have messaged and messaged but haven’t received any type of response or clarity, I even went to my post office to ask if they’ve received an item or not and they said there is nothing for me.

Mr x if you are reading this I apologise for having to resort to shaming you on your own page, but what else must I do just sit and be ignored?

I appreciate that things take time and stuff happens, but they’ve been online on messenger and opened half of my messages and still haven’t replied

In a nutshell;

Delays due to the following and we hope all our biggas respect and understand this.

- Postal delays, (check RM official website)

- Changing premises (currently moving to a more secure place, with 5yr lease clause)

- Setting up new network connection VPN (not as easy as it sounds as we need it to be wired instead of wireless due to other safety connection)

- Undergoing due diligence and investing heavily in security for our new premises.

We understand due to all the above and being short staffed by 2 members is causing a lag but we are currently in the process of jumping through all the hurdles and getting on top of these issues soon as possible.

WE WOULD LIKE ALL OUR CUSTOMER WHO HAVEN’T RECEIVED THIER GOODS TO FOLLOW THE APPROPRIATE CHANNELS OF LB AND OPEN DISPUTE WHERE WE WILL GO THROUGH EACH INDIVIDUAL ORDER ON CASE BY CASE BASIS AND WHERE APPLICABLE WE WILL REPLACE OR REFUND BY BORG.

PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SENDING US MESSAGES AFTER MESSAGES AS WE ALREADY PROBABLY HAVE OVER 1200 UNOPENED MESSAGES AND OUR ONLY PRIORITY NOW IS LIVE ORDERS AND DISPUTES.

I appreciate your response and understand.
I’m not available to use the correct forms of resolutions as I can’t open a dispute until the 10th.

From a customer point of view it would have been great to have heard this explanation before hand instead of having to resort to posting a topic on your page.
I’m happy I’ve had a response, but this still doesn’t change the fact of the matter that I haven’t received my order although it was sent.

As explained please use the correct procedure and open dispute on the 10th.

Unfortunately we cannot resend without it going to dispute, this way we are able to keep tabs on how many dispute and borgs also know we are going through them on case by case bases whilst they clear all up for us.

Then maybe you should temporarily take your products off the shelf until you can resume your usually great service. Instead of piling on more disputes and harming your reputation. Which will ultimately harm your sales more. Selling a service you can’t deliver on is LB suicide IMO,

Agreed, doesn't make sense to continue taking orders if you can't fulfill the ones you already have

LB looks at disputes negatively aswell, especially a big spike in a short period. As mentioned, this may effect your visibility, listings etc moving forward

Completely agree, they are great at what they do and there’s never been an issue before.
I almost felt guilty writing the topic, but was left with no choice

Bar the Royal Mail, these sound like your personal issues not your customers, if you don’t have the facility to open the shop then maybe don’t open the shop, not rocket science.

Just wanted to say I've been in a similar situation for the last week or so and Mr X has now been in touch to arrange delivery. He is working through the backlog.

Same here, probably one of the most unreliable sellers on this site. Either lost in the post or not sent for 3 times now and think the latter. That being said he did resend which came but we shouldn't have to chase it up. Bloody annoying when your expecting and doesn't come!

Yeah mate, but only as they asked everyone too so they've got a list to work from for the backlog. If I resolve it before the end date i.e. when it arrives it's like it never happened isn't it?

I'm in the same position. Order paid and marked as sent on 1/3 and as of today (8/3) there's still no sign of it. I appreciate that sometimes orders take a bit longer than usual to arrive but 4 days is the longest I've waited in the past for an order from this seller.

Sorry to hear it dude, the positive out of this is atleast you and I aren’t the only ones.
The fact we both ordered on the same day aswel says a lot, if your stuff arrives or you hear back from mr x please comment on this post to update me if you could?
I’ll do the same if mine come
