Placed an order for the Rick Simpson oil about 2 weeks ago. Mercedes messaged me telling me the oil was out of stock but asked if I wanted some thc distilate instead. She also told me she was putting the order through as sent because she was planning on sending me an alternative out anyway. Wasn't best pleased with this as nothing had been sent yet. I told her I was happy with the distilate and to send it ASAP. She took a full day to respond and when she did I was asked about my address details even though she would have had them from my original order. I sent these details accross 9 days ago now. She has yet to even open my message. I have messaged several times since then asking what the delay is and if she can please communicate with me. All of these messages remain unread. Mercedes has been online during this time but I seem to have been forgotten about despite the fact she has received my money and told the system that shes sent an order out even though thats not the case. Have I been scammed? What's going on?!
