Wow....when a vendor cancels, this is painful. All of my funds are now tied up with snails pace transaxe and refund bots....how long does this all take?
No complaints about any vendors and I definitely appreciate what this site does. But the fact remains that if a vendor cancels at their discretion...the buyers funds are potentially frozen for at least a week
Totally agree, since transaxe support left the refunds to the borgs the site has taken a huge step backwards. I've an order i could dispute, vendor awol etc, but cba, takes way too long.
I can see this...but the address of the vendor now appears to have changed...I'm confused. By BTC has gone somewhere but not to the correct place? I copied the vendors link off here
If the address assigned to your lb order and the one copied to your pay order are different then I guess you know you are in a sea of pain. On Bitpanda I’ve noticed it sometimes auto adds my last address given and I have to manually show it’s an all new address. Transaxe are the experts here- message them for advice. Good luck👍
