You are right but you shouldn’t tarnish yourself by responding in an especially rude way that shows that you can’t handle your shit. The best way is to ignore and make that 1/10 review a drop in an ocean of 10/10 reviews. When vendors start to make rude replies it makes customers think twice about trusting you with our addresses. Those 1/10 reviews do seem quite good unfair based on the good reviews you do have. You must be hurting another vendors sales, which is a compliment. Another way could be to stop doing grams for a while. This discourages so many purchases if they already planning to leave you a bad review. Good luck

I haven’t buy from you yet but I might. My to go seller is Pistach. Is just a bit strange so many good feedbacks and few bad ones. Doesn’t make sence, 10 people buy same green and only 1 person makes a bad comment. Might be other sellers doing their shit or even same seller(person) writing the comments.
