Lots of advice already on pain management stuff, and that's not my wheelhouse, but some general site advice that I've picked up so far...

1. Set a budget - there's so much here and it's too easy to overspend

2. Most reviews will be 9/10 or 10/10 so hard to judge based on number ratings. Once you're familiar with a seller you'll be chill buying even if there's few/no reviews

3. Delays happen, so order early and don't stress if something takes a few extra days, it'll turn up. Also sellers do tend to stick to their adverstised cut off times, so make sure leave enough time for the bitcoin transaction to go through if you're hoping for a specific dispatch day

4. If you want to order from multiple sellers split them into different transactions.

6. Keep it friendly. Things can get a bit mud-slingy here but I prefer to stay out of it. If something does go missing or go wrong with an order give them a day or so to reach out, then contact the seller first, but do dispute if you eventually need to. I've not had to yet, but I understand it's a straightforward process. Established sellers will generally be happy to work things out with you if you're friendly and reasonable, but some people will jump to public insults pretty fast and it never seems to do any good

7. Bookmark sellers you like the look of and check their pages. Sometimes a seller will be hidden from the wall for reasons unknown so if you don't see them in items it doesn't mean they don't have stock. Pistach is a massive seller on here, usually top of the wall, and for some reason they were invisible for about two weeks recently.

Hey, well it's for hip arthritis and ill use a vaporizer as I tried cdb but was ok not that great for pain. And new to cannabis tried once and was ok but did the noob thing and took to much lol

Don't look for weak strains just learn when to stop on the vape is my call..take one drag, leave it 15mins etc to get a feel

Hi, I use storm sapphire it's about £59.99 thanks for the advice I'll go ask that seller. I've heard mixing it with cbd is good but my mate Said to just go with the real thing

Some people swear by CBD others not so much, I would personally just get a nice strain and get used to the vape you have.

The storm is a conduction vape so it works by directly applying heat to the herb via the outside of the oven, as a consequence of this it's slightly different to use for smaller on demand hits.

Temperature makes a difference in whats is released from the weed when vaping, perhaps set it to middle setting. Then let it heat up and take a drag, the trick will be to conserve the weed whenever you take your last pull to turn it off that way you pull the heat out of the chamber and don't continue to cook the herb 👍 but low temps have different effects to high etc so it's a bit of a play around to find what works 🙂

If you are a complete newbie to the whole thing, that's a fine vape.

It's not anywhere near the "best" but it will allow you to vapourise and work out if it works for you

There's some good and very helpful sellers on here.
I mainly use CBD bud mixed in with cannabis bud in a Dynavape for pain management.
Also, I got some oil capsules from northernorganics which are quite good.

Strong ‘indica’ strains are often credited with pain relief but you have many choices as to how you consume. Do you smoke?..vape?…prefer edibles?…oils?…topicals?…the choice can be mind boggling and it depends a lot on your lifestyle….

You should, in my opinion, try some strong indica strains. The ‘King Of Indicas’ on LB is Superhans, plus his descriptions of the effects of each strain are normally spot-on (I don’t think he sells anything he doesn’t really enjoy himself! 👍😂). The descriptions give an excellent indication of your functionality after a bake (if any😉) but you clearly don’t have to hit it as hard as he does! These are premium strains and not cheap, but he does do 1g options so you can low-risk try a few.
There are a lot of sellers on here that will be happy to engage with you about their products, so it’s always worth sending a message.

Hi, you might want to try an rso, but in very small doses. I would suggest warming and mixing with a carrier oil. You can put it in a dropper bottle and work out the best dose for you. It will also be a lot cheaper.

Iceheadshop also do a very good CBD full spectrum distillate that I and other people on here use. It is a normal company, you can just Google them, i mix the two together

My best advice is this,forget this site and the internet. Go sort out a prescription. Then you have access to quality weed legally and it's cheaper than little biggy.

Really? From what I'd heard the medical suppliers are shipping some really poor quality flower. Has the quality been good in your experience?

I have had 3 types of strain so far khrion which is Hindu Kush and £5 a gram which is a fab price for an ok street quality weed, dry ISH with weak terps due to the irradiation process but it's fine for the money
2 * pedanios strains - la confidential and ghost Train haze £12 a gram which are awful, dry terpless expensive rubbish.

I'm not sure who Nickm is purchasing off but I currently have treated myself to some British bulldog and Druids Magic wears and it's a different league to the perscription stuff, it what I vape when I really want to enjoy the experience and the script is just for the pain relief 👍

Just a suggestion but look into turmeric (Curcumin & peperine) supplement, many people swear that it deals well with body pain/joint related issues.

I take turmeric daily, it definitely helps me with inflammation, it also helps with my glucose levels massively, the doctor dismisses it everything I mention it though!

I take it your currently not effected by the shortages in pipeline depending on what pharmacy/clinic you use?

2 weeks to sort a repeat prescription to be told 2 week wait for one of the strains is not as easy or proving cheaper than LB.

Yes,I seem to be having a much better experience. A prescription isn't perfect.You have to jump through a lot of hoops and navigate a very new and poorly designed system. The weed can be infuriatingly inconsistent and overpriced. Sounds a lot like LB! I just calculated,for flower, a script is a much better deal for me.

The khiron is fantastic I think for the money but even after being told that it's ringfenced for people in my pharmacy it's out of stock.

It's a very unclear process from a costing point of view as there's no clear price list so you don't know the cost of the product the doc recommends without googling it.

I'm glad it's a better deal for you but currently for me it's expensive and unreliable hence why I still need to reply on LB to fill in the gaps, as this is supposedly for medication the fact that they can't supply consistently is terrifying for those who don't have other sources imo

The Khiron Hindu Kush is still around( had 30g arrive yesterday) but Pedanios ghost train Haze is the best I've come across at the moment. After saying this,I'm not arguing with any of your criticisms- they're all totally true.Yet,I still find it an improvement on the black market. However,I'll stick lb for the hash and other concentrates which,in general,are pretty good on lb.

I suspect Nick that our clinics use different pharmacies for dispensing as mine told me yesterday 1 to 2 week wait.
My thoughts on the pedanios was it was awful and no where near the quality of similar priced on here, funny how subjective it all is isn't it
