We know some customers are already aware but when ordering if you select the product you want from the clickable stocklist in our manifesto it not only cuts our escrow time in half but also reduces the fees we pay by half,

This not only increases our profit but also more importantly for you guys it allows us to reduce prices on future listings and add small gifts to all orders,

So on that note all flower orders will now also come with a free small gift of papers or a packet of filter tips because everyone runs out eventually, it will be completely random just like the dab tools that have been going out with all orders :)

I cant speak for the quantity of the weed but this guys customer service is just as bad as royal mail, if I spend 100s of pounds on a order and pay for premium delivery I can accept that royal mail can sometimes be the delay but what I won't sit quietly by and let these vendors ignore us customers who make it possible for them to operate
Long story short I ordered on Friday morning and payed for Saturday delivery on Saturday nothing arrived so I messaged pistach and asked for tracking he seen my message and choose not to reply I waited and waited Monday came and went still no post so I message pistach again to which he couldn't even be bothered to read so now I sit here Tuesday my other post has arrived but nothing from this asshole no tracking number don't know if he sent it or stole it no reply. customer service so far is negative 50/10 needs some serious work I have offered the chance for him to reply to two separate messages which he has chooses to ignore he is capable of uploading new products but can't be bothered to share a simple tracking number for a customer who spent 100s of their hard earned money on what appears to be a reputable vendor

Thank you royal mail might delay it one day but we have now missed delivery windows of Saturday, Monday and Tuesday I paid for next day delivery but hey I'll just wait a week for my order I don't know why other customers don't kick up more of a fuss if It was sent Friday fair enough but I'm yet to even get a tracking number so do I stay home tomorrow waiting for something that won't arrive or do I go to work and risk missing my delivery frustrating doesn't even begin to sum it up ill saltay with my reliable 3 vendors from here on 😑

Avoid avoid avoid he or she is so bad I would rather go without then even try them out again so I payed around $200 for some mid grade on Ndd a week later I actually got something which I think was a thc/cbd mix they had listed the next week as new stock for nearly half the price I paid such a bad service

No this simply is not good enough I pay for premium delivery I've had 2nd class orders arrive in the mean time its a joke piss poor service. Its not simply water under the bridge and I really don't get the feeling he's a solid vender I have to send multiple messages and post on his wall before I get a reply I've got plenty to smoke that's not the point I paid premium delivery rates to have something different almost 7 days ago so is he shit or royal mail or just both. to many customers are sheep and to afraid to call out had service for fear of I'm not sure no one said amazon prime but there are multiple other vendors who I feel are much quicker and reliable peace

I wouldnt mind if I didn't have two other deliveries arrive today it not even the fact of waiting because I have patience its the fact he doesn't respect customers enough to reply to a message fair enough if hes busy but don't read my message and blatantly not reply its rude how can other vendors message instantly and this guy probably uses royal mail delays to excuse his shotty customer service I regret everything about shopping here if the wewd is nice I suppose its a positive but I feel like a chump giving a bellend like this any sort of payment he should be back selling on the streets where he belongs

Well he has just messaged me back so hopefully I'll have the peace of mind I was after and my order arrives soon, its just frustrating a situation and I dont like not knowing what's happening I was just after a tracking number I hate to have to resort to posting a message on a vendors wall I never wanted to be that guy complaining

I did think he was to be my new go to vender from his reviews but I'm very picky/needy with my vendors after a knock I received from pc plod when ordering so now probably just me being to worried/paranoid 😬

I only ever treat myself here once or twice a month I haven't had that fraco stuff in months so if it arrives no probz but if it dosnt I'll get in touch with escrow, they already got back to me with a tracking number so its looking good so far

For this price it will be a once in a while treat but hope its a good one like it looks. Sorry I was a bit impatient wanted to make sure it was here tomorrow like u said but as bigbum says you have no rep dosnt really matter to me I care more about the products on offer escrow have always seen me good
