I’d just like to take a moment to say this vendor is fucking awesome, his communication is spot on, he has a brilliant reship policy to safeguard us Irish buyers who regularly get fucked over by customs, stealth is excellent and his product is quality and over weight...
anybody considering an order with hootan my opinion is “you cant go wrong”.

Was waiting 32 days to ROI for his Cheese Cookies and they just dropped this morning. Was sure it was seized. Have to say Hootan was great with comms once things went on a good while. Had some hash seized recently from him but stealth was much better this time. thanks for your comms and re-assurance Hootan. Top notch bud aswell. Always have faith in the Weed Gods!

In all fairness I had the slightest issue with one of my orders. I won't get into details but it worked out with me losing maybe 5-10% of my order. I messaged Hootan and he immediately sent me a fresh package out. I hadn't even asked, I just explained the issue and he went above and beyond to make sure I was more than happy. Even if that means him losing a little profit. Every other order with him has been exemplary. I do hope he gets some buds in before Xmas though. This is just my experience with him and that's all I can speak on

RIGHT SO A FEW OF YOU HAVE HIT ME UP BECAUSE YOUR ORDERS ARE TAKING LONGER THAN 2-3 DAYS. THIS IS A COMBINATION OF THINGS:

- MASSIVE INCREASE IN ORDERS FOR US WITH LESS MANPOWER

- DELAYS AT OUR LOCAL MAIL CENTRE DUE TO "RESOURCING ISSUES" (FUCK KNOWS WHAT THAT MEANS BUT THATS WHAT IT SAYS)

- TIME OF THE YEAR! ALREADY JEZ IS TELLING ME THE QUEUES AT THE POST OFFICES ARE OBSCENE SO THERE IS OBVIOUSLY AN INCREASE IN MAIL BEING SENT WHICH MAKES EVERYTHING LONGER.

ALL 3 OF THESE TOGETHER HAVE RESULTED IN SOME OF YOUR ORDERS TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL. IF YOUR ORDER IS SENT ITS ON ITS WAY TO YOU. IF YOU'RE EXPECTING A SD ON FRIDAY AND IT DOESN'T COME IT WILL COME ON SATURDAY (4/12/2020). AND MOST IMPORTANTLY I AM ON HERE TWICE A DAY MONDAY TO FRIDAY. Yea it's just that time of year. Not a lot we can do about it. I remember during the first lockdown in April alot of people getting pissy at another vendor due to delays/ lack of communication. Not alot you sellers can do, once your rating is good we just trust that you have sent it. Just out my first order in with yourself last night. Here's hoping it makes it to ireland before next weekend
