If a vendor offers to refund you the entire BTC amount of the order it's the vendor that loses out.

He/she will have to pay the Transaxe fees (up to 15%) when (after 16 days) your original BTC comes through

I'd say a vendor that's willing to send you back your BTC, which you can trace and track, is probably a decent person.

Certainly much quicker than going through Transaxe for a refund.

I would say it is good call. Saves any negative feedback or escrow disputes, which must be a pain in the ass. I was refunded this way after an experience with dud edibles and just bought something else ASAP. There are all sorts of problems outside of a vendors control, so they prob did send if it is a decenf seller with a good rep. They are willing to spend some profit towards keeping a good standing in the community. Either way no harm no foul right?

Yeah I tend to agree... It would save all the hassle. There is problems outside the vendors control of course however if the vendor has given the buyer a suspicious mind about or messages back and forth with no exact or precise info regarding your order etc... Only queries from my side with vague details or info just I'll do this and I'll do that.. To ill give you a refund?? A bit of a tricky one I guess. No harm no foul indeed. ?

You sinply mark the order as paid once you receive the btc in your wallet, sounds like the vendor has tried to resolve the issue amicably. These guys have a lot of orders to fill, and -though i understand a suspicious mind - a vendor with lots of good feedback and sales deserves the benefit of the doubt. Not sure how long you were waiting or quantities but reships & refunds arent always offered, and a dispute on escrow should be a last resort. Save the stress bud take it easy. Peace

From what I can gather from the vendor is, he might be trying to amicably sort the issue out..however I don't want BTC I am here to purchase Herb. Better for him to NDD - with some kind of tracking - some average bud and spare us all the trouble. Thanks for the advice and all the comments it's helped me to understand a bit better.

contact transaxe/escrow

I've contacted Escrow - said to keep him posted... This was 2 days ago. After enquiring with the vendor about his offer to resend NDD with tracking - asking if it has been send and if not I'll have no option but to dispute. His response was give me your BTC address I send back? Recipe for no leg to stand on.
