Anyone getting a response from Drug ink UK, like me my order was not sent due to them having some bad apples in the cart, said a would be refunded but not heard from them since a wasn't worried but getting a bit worried now no reply no refund anyone in the same boat #need answers now.

Yep. I think they will be back from the end of this week. Im waiting on a Q myself and they said last week they will refund. Think it just up in the air atm.

I only ever had good dealing with Diuk. And because if the issues last week and relocating this week I give it till end of week. Hopefully the postie will come thru with package.

I received something off them last week that wasn’t up to scratch. Said they’d do a reship this week when they’re up and running. I’d say just give them the benefit of the doubt until they get new set up sorted

I’ve never had issues with them before and one of my favs. This time I’m still waiting for mine that I ordered on 29/06. Hopefully it’s just a delay, but worried now.

I ordered from them on the 25th. No response to messages. Not at all hopeful. My suspicion is it was never sent.

Ye i ordered on 26th they have said there is problem with staff doing post office run been stealing by the sounds of it and there sacked and there getting family into help also moving to new unit hopefully this is the case and am sure they will sort it out a hope I'm happy to wait for reship if only they can tell me when the shop back open

Yeah, shit happens and I understand that. What would be nice is some communication, some confirmation that it never made the post. At the moment I'm half expecting a love letter of a knock at the door. My anxiety is mad right now.

I salute your patience.
I understand that waiting sometimes can be a pain, plus the money issue.

However, DIUK is one of the best vendors on LB in my experience.
They are back in business on Wednesday according to this post.

Ordered off them last Monday. It was my 1st time using them so I sent them a message after the order status was still at "paid" after 5 days. They responded within a couple of hours asking for my address for a refund which was nice for peace of mind. Not gone through yet but that was only Saturday. Hope we all get sorted soon

Same thing happened to me. Been a week since I ordered and no sign of the product. Haven’t received a clear response from them.

They did say to me give my bitcoin address but they kept saying it invalid but my bitcoin app said it right and now there's no response from them am gutted down a Q of Thia my next order will be with the green team Best case scenario Diuk get up and running soon and all orders are honoured

I'm in a similar situation. Made a big order(for me) on Friday 26th in the morning. Marked as sent on Friday night but still waiting for it to arrive 10 days later. Hopefully they'll be online soon and help everyone who is having problems because it seems there are quite a few of us. Not a nice situation for all parties involved in this.

Yeah that would be nice but I guess they are too busy at the mo moving the operation to a new unit but a bit of clarity on the situation would be good.Their customer service is usually spot on so there is hope if nothing shows up this week.

Yeah they go out of the way to help so I'm sure it'll all be good when they come back. Think they've just hit a bump in the road but for me personally I am only going to order with vendors who do tracked or NDD from now on.
