If you are a LB buyer for a year, escrow refund should be no problem. Am I correct in assuming that? I was talking with my wife regarding the seeming change in vibe on here. For me, I vote with my wallet and my feet. Once the trust is abused, it cannot be reforged. I don't speak out, as vendors all have our addresses (or at least the ability to note them down). I remember the nature of the product I'm buying and do not have mainstream customer service expectations. I've always been polite and respectful, patient and kind, as a buyer. I've left reviews where I've been really happy, and not left reviews when I'm not. If I have a bad experience, I just put it down to buying weed from the internet.
Needless to say, I monitor feedback from all the vendors I purchase from and look at their arrival times. I then match that with their apparent response times to issues. I like to look at it this way. Regardless of whether I am a new order, or an existing one, decency would denote an equal response time. Under stress it seems some vendors have been unable to maintain an infrastructure of good practice and adequate responses, but have managed to make and process sales, prioritizing new business over existing business. There have been lots of excuses and deflection, but also some really professional and efficient responses, too. IT's a bit of a mixed bag at the moment.
