I took the risk and even though there was a glitch, it's now cleared and the orders been on Paid status since Wednesday evening. Any chance you're getting the messages I've sent to confirm you received the order?
I understand if you don't want to reply to Chats asking about your free sample offer, but I've made a confirmed/paid purchase, so could you possibly reply to that to confirm you're aware of the order?
I understand you'd like to be treated with respect, but straight up ignorance (which is how it appears) doesn't really warrant respect nor your claim that you're professional. If I'm way off in this thought, apologies, but other vendors send the purchase, at least, even if they're not chatty.
