It has already been explained before and I always state in the description that these are the brands pheono, and in no way official products of the brand.

It also helps customers when researching the strains, as the name alone doesn't always give the best search results.

Looking at the listing you do state it's not by the brand (which, frankly is weird when actually listing the brand. eBay cracked down on nonsense like this a good decade ago, as a lot of (most?) people don't pay attention, and end up buying boxes instead of consoles). Genuinely can't see the difference in misrepresentation here.

We have made a topic about it awhile, stating that these are not the official brands product. It is also on every strains indepenant listings.

I'd also like to add an oz of say, official TenCo or even Teds Budz would fetch upwards of $500+ if not more, whilst these are going for $275 a pop.

Nonetheless, we like to listen and take feedback in, and if having the brand name there causes confusion, then we may have to change things. The last thing we would want to do is be misleading.

At the end of the day, we are a community and taking feedback, especially as a vendor is parallel to providing great service, so thank you.

I don't see the problem. It's a grey area, but the cuts of all the above mentioned strains, by the above mentioned breeders/brands are available to buy. I suspect that they bud is grown on the black market using said cuts, either knowingly or smuggled out the backdoor. So it hasn't come out of the actual facilities themselves (although stranger things have happened) but it is the actual genetics used by those facilities if you get me. So for flavour chasers its nice to know if you wanna read reviews and track down strain specifics, but as said when you're looking, its worth remembering this isn't direct from the brand themselves, as you can tell from the prices its black market. I've always seen this is what the wiz is trying to get across, and haven't ever bought it, thinking it was from the brands themselves. Though I get your points rux, in the description he pretty much always go to lengths to explain the situation, never felt he was trying to pull the wool using this description.

Do some research before you decide to voice such strong defamatory opinions. You can be fact checked. People who think they know when they actually don't probably tops the cringe list for most people.
