My menu selection is reminiscent of a wine bar I once came across in Barcelona during the pre-banking crisis era, when things were pumping. It may still be there, just off La Rambla in the Gothic Quarter, and is run by 2 Spaniards who travel all over Europe to find wines for their bistro bar.
I am not kidding when I say this, but at the time, they had a huge blackboard with over 200 different reds, whites, and pinks by the glass. Would you believe it? To top it all off, they would give you a tapa plate with every glass.
