Little update:
I have narrowed down the person who left 1/10 review cause I don’t send that many international orders so wasn’t too hard..
And the customer in question left the 1/10 review because an addition custom charge or £5-10 was added which I offered to pay for.. but the customer is having issues locating the custom charge letter even though I provided tracking info and location of delivery depo where he can pick up in person or contact to request custom letter again.
Also to point out the naivety of The customer.. he thinks I’m sending illegal vapes with return addresses 🤦
Anyways I think the 1/10 is unfair because I sent the package and it passed customs etc and now all that needs to be done is pay the additional custom charge fee (which im willing to cover) and that’s it..
IT WAS NOT STOPPED BY CUSTOMS..
Failing to pay custom charge and getting seized by customs is totally two different things.
