Truly excellent service

Transaxe support worked with patience and diligence to recover my funds due to an unusual situation (completely my screw up!). I was extremely impressed with their level of service and commend them for bringing integrity, honesty, and trust to the community. Thank you again!

Just a quick one I have made an honest mistake and set up an order on the 11th of the month and transax gave me a bitcoin address on that date to send my funds too. The issue is I didn’t actually have the funds ready until the 15th so I proceeded to send my funds to the same address I was given 4 days earlier thinking this would complete the order like it always has in the past. But my wallet has confirmed that the funds have successfully left my account and been credited to said wallet and the order isn’t updating do you think transax will be able to recover my funds like they did yours??

I’ve not heard anything from them yet this is why I was asking if you think they will be able to fix my issue

Payment sent but not recieved?

Hi, I’ve been ordering off here for ages, ££££’s worth.
Just had my first issue, made my payment with bittylicious as usual but it’s not showing as paid here on LB or to the vendor.

What do I do from here, vendor isn’t sure and Bittylicious are saying speak to the vendor - but do they mean Little Biggy?
I assume LB receive the Bitcoin and pay the vendors?

I really don’t know what to do here so any help would be appreciated 👌🏻

I can see the blockchain that states it’s where it should be, everything is good on the bittylicious side, it seems to be an issue with LittleBiggy?

Luckily I’m not desperate for herb otherwise I’d be stressing a lot more than I am 😂

Yeah sounds like somethings not right to me either. Bittylicious say the money is where it’s supposed to be, and I have a link proving it - but it’s just not arrived at little biggy?

I can’t find anyone to message from Little Biggy, and the one I have done hasn’t got back to me yet.

Anyone know about contacting Transaxe? Would I speak to bittylicious?
