I think as we all would have said before, they need to take all the resource out of this long lost "war"..our country is burning. First step decriminalise allow personal growth and possession take back police for policing. Worst case legalise and reap the billions that come with it, as well as control and accountability.

Hello all

I have been trying to figure this out now for about a week and I want to make an order.

I am new to the whole deep web/crypto space, but I have learnt the basics, I have an Exodus wallet on my desktop, I would like to buy monero, trade it into bitcoin and send to a vendor. I have realised that Exodus has a transaction history, so wouldnt all my buys be on there in plain view?

I am in the UK, I have the money on my current account card, how do I get it from there into monero, then to bitcoin and then to the vendor on here anonymously?

I also need to know about how to encrypt my messages etc if I need to do that?

Any help or a step by step would be great.

You're over complicating it I think mate, unless you buying by the kilo or something lol

Just buy your BTC and send it. There is no such thing as being truly 100% anonymous on the internet especially not for sending money, but just because there is a transaction ID it doesn't mean people can easily see what you spent, where you spent it or what you bought. Think about it, if the sellers are safe to accept it then you are safe to send it, and you're sending it to the transaxe not directly to the seller too so... The potential security issue you have is while the bud is in transit, the better the stealth and the quicker the delivery the less chance of anything going wrong. Stealth of sending is where your main concern should be imo :)

2 if you need bitcoins buy them at any exchange like paybis.com (or others like conimama.com, coinbase, bitpanda etc)

3 from your exchange send the required coins to the order address, you're done.

you will see your order marked as shipped, usually within 1 business day.

if your order is not received within 16 days contact the escrow link.

Hi Greengrass,
There are btc providers like coinmama or others that allow to buy brc and send directly to lb address. Just buy btc and buy here on parallel and you will be guided.
Another option is to have a wallet to store some btc in between; I did that as my provider was not always fast enough to process in 30 mns as requested here when you buy.
Look at help section ; 100’s of post as we were all newbie at one point...
Btc payments are recorded and you can not delete to my knowledge...
Regarding encryption of address in lb, it depends of vendors ( god connect uses privnote; other pgp, others nothing).
There are plenty of posts regarding security in lb help; more experts people provide details but I wouls assume tor or vpn is safer than regular browser.
I had same concerns but navigate in lb and look track records of 1000’s of orders.

Hey buddy thanks for the information that was great and much appreciated.

My only issue is that because bitcoin payments are always recorded in the blockchain they can be traced back even in the future - I want to avoid this by using monero, and then trading it into bitcoins in my Exodus wallet on my desktop and then sending the bitcoins to the vendor.

I need to know how to buy monero, its confusing at first, after the first one it will be easier i guess lol.

Not sure how old this topic is but that’s really poor advice. I fully agree that for buying a few grams of weed, you don’t need to worry this much but a coin tumbler with BTC does F all....speak to any decent financial fraud analyst....

To the original poster whilst I think this is overkill what you could do is use a platform such as localmonero to buy monero with cash anonymously. The issue is that you then need to find an exchange that will swap your monero into BTC without a KYC process. If you can do that then in theory that would work.

What would be better would be that LB starts accepting monero as a currency....

Hi guys,

In this topic I want to discuss about this problem, in my opinion does not seem fair, because we pay for that service.

When I ask a vendor for it, the main reply is "we don't share it for security reasons". Ok then, if by security reasons you mean sharing it online here on LB, we can avoid this by giving them our public PGP key and they should send us the tracking code encrypted using PGP.

I mean, there's no "security reasons" involved, because the tracking code is wrote on the parcel as well...

If I may, I disagree with many comments in this thread. Not sharing tracking number is indeed an extra layer of security at the cost of a 'less important' peace of mind. Once you - as a buyer - have a tracking number you cannot help but checking. This opens to the possibility that you do NOT do it safely (e.g. on a TOR browser) and that you expose your IP address. Knowing the tracking number blows your deniability which is the one reason why when they seize a pack they do not charge you! but if you have the tracking number (showed by your frantic checking it from you home IP) then what can you say? I agree that NOT having the tracking number puts the buyer in a vulnerable position, but it is slightly safer. In my experience (TGT) they check it for you and release it only when there is a significant delay. Not knowing is a pain... Also note that customs (I was thinking the exact opposite) seem to have lots of time in their hands recently (much less post traffic (e.g commercial)) and they might simply enjoy spending their days tracking these things down. My two cents

I 100% agree with you if your main concern (as a buyer) is your safety.

Otherwise, there's no need for a vendor to say that this is for their security, I have already explained my opinion about this a few message below.

Giving you access to tracking will reveal the post location hours after it was posted, not ideal if you're running an illegal business. If this is a service you require then use the vendors that provides it. A vendor won't and should not compromise opsec for a customers peace of mind, especially when you having access to tracking doesn't effect how long the parcel takes to show up.

It is a minor inconvenience to you not having it, and a huge security issue for the vendor if you do have it. There's a good reason the big vendors have been around for years, it's opsec.

If you've paid for, (and subsequently asked for) a tracked parcel number, then of course you should be able to track it as the customer.

I didn't offer tracked parcels when i was selling on here, but i do sell things on eBay (outside of weed obviously) and it's not complicated to send the buyer the tracking details. In fact it's something a seller should do without even being asked.

Just my opinion.

The shame is that i'll just move on to another bigger and better site, as will vendors like me with very high quality product, at a very cheap price, great service, and great reviews.

New vendors with affordable, high quality stock are attacked on here repeatedly, by various trolls under various accounts.

The mods/borgs do nothing (except restrict accounts like mine).

They also do nothing about your postal issues, it's up to honest vendors to do what they say they will do. Which is few and far between.

The big guys will always get away with it as long as they keep blocking accounts like mine.

For me, peace of mind on both sides to have the transparency that we all know the status of the package. Coupled with paying specifically for the service, I cannot see a single good reason to not be provided a tracking no. on order confirmation.

Have only ever received one tracking number, have had several lost packages with no explanation or tracking number. Defeats the purpose of paying for this, I believe vendors use it like insurance so they can send a 50% reship with little cost to themselves. Other worse case scenario is they aren't sending them at all sometimes. Something Im sure I've experienced before here as alot of the time the person you are dealing with has 0 to do with packing and shipping.

Never had a tracking number and never wanted one to be honest - I do believe it compromises security (plenty of replies in here stating why) and achieves nothing at all - the parcel will arrive when it arrives, whether you are leaving your digital fingerprints all over the delivery or not.

The only reason to want a tracking number I can see, is as an issue of trust. If you don't trust the vendor or the people who have left feedback, then don't buy and the issue is resolved. Or only buy from vendors who will give you what you want.

Spent 2K on LB in the last 2 months, never had an issue and never had a tracking number. Should I ever have an issue I trust the vendors here will help to resolve this regardless of if there's a tracking number or not.

For me, and many hundreds of LB members using the site every day, its a non issue..
Or am I missing something?

Now, you can understand that here is not everything pink and beautiful, some vendors (reputable vendors) sometimes claim to send using the tracking number option because they know they have an high ratio of succes, but, but, they don't always do that, sometimes they just use your extra money for the tracking number for their pockets.

You can find a topic I raised in September which exactly this has happened to me with The Pope.

So please stop thinking about pinky colors, this is an illegal website, people are doing business, not favors.

The reason we are here is because vendors here have real feedback in a way that's much more difficult to get on the dark markets, and its this that make them more likely to ensure a good service.

Beats the hell out of my heyday 30 years ago. As a dealer back then with a few kilos in the fridge, you needed to sleep with a gun and a knife by the bed. I'm glad we are in more civilised times, and majority of vendors I have had a chance to chat with are pretty decent people not looking to rip anyone off.
The whole thing should be decriminalised and then maybe we can all be like amazon!

The way I figure it... If anyone were trying to trace the route of a parcel, it would be very easy to do so via tracking. However, today I am waiting for a delivery which is significantly late and it would be good to know roughly where it is. But this happened at Christmas (the last time I was roasting this hard!). I suppose the 'security reasons' could possibly be that any form of law enforcement could purchase through the site and get a rough geographic footprint of where things are coming from. For this reason, I tend to let it ride. A message to the vendor asking if things 'look okay' could be a nice wink, instead of divulging tracking numbers. What do you guys think?

That's why I said : We give them our public PGP key, they encrypt the tracking code and send it to use => 100% safe.

Exactly the same way you do when you share your name and address.

Edit:

If some law enforcement would purchase something, they would still be able to see the tracking number on the parcel when will show up.

Personally, I like Coinbase because of it's ease of use and speed. I'm not sure if the price of a transaction fluxuates during peak hours but if I buy let's say €150 worth of Bitcoin the usual transaction fee is between €7-€10 and the BTC is available instantly when your personal bank account is set up with your Coinbase account (which mine is). The cost of sending it from your wallet to a vendors is usually around 50c-€1. So for €150 I usually end up with around €140 for an order or two.

I'm not sure percentage rates and so forth but it's been consistently at this price range for the past 2-3months. I can see the advantages of using an alternative crypto like XRP (which has been suggested by members before) but I'm not sure how to go about a change and for the purpose, I think the current system works fine, though saving a little where you can is always nice.
