Trades like this are not safe or secure and as such is prohibited on the site. You could send away for a provisional or passport and purchase it yourself. Either won't take too long to arrive.

You'll have a hard time finding a better option without giving up your ID.

I've used bittylicious for all my one purchase on LB and with other sites too, it does work great but your kind of at the whim of the market. Best thing to do, as sidetracked said, try to get yourself ann ID when you can and get on bitpanda. I've just set bitpanda up myself, haven't bought any coin for my wallet but it does make it really easy and clear about fees and stuff, and you can buy all sorts of crypto, even metals.
I'm still learning about crypto myself, started using it a month ago and it's been a revelation although a bit of a learning curve.
