If you want weed/hash stick to EU vendors as our fellow bigga said before.
For carts, try G6 , best in Lb by far, they always make it through customs, simply ask G6 if they kindly can replace the cart package for a cbd package just in the very remote case it is opened which will unlikely happen , they will fill in the customs déclaration and you will have just to pay a small amount to your national postal service as taxes.

If you need a hash vendor, I ship internationally! I use discreet packaging to bypass custom. Nothing is ever 100% but no packages seized so far!

Don't get tracked post for starters. You should have no problem if it is sent by standard post as long as it not a heavy. There is a few vendors that send by standard post, but then it's a risk you take
