Yes, but use the dispute process as a means of resolving the matter fairly between yourself and the vendor (most disputes are resolved this way without Borgs being involved). Once you click to open a dispute a further 16 day window is created- let the vendor know how you see it being resolved and always do so in a reasonable manner. If this results in a satisfactory outcome you can cancel the dispute by clicking on 'resolve'. If it doesn't then auto-resolution borg (algorythm) will apply a % refund (based on reputation) at the dispute expiry date.
