The vendor will need to confirm the cancellation to transaxe showing that they haven’t already sent the order. They will then contact you asking for a wallet address.

Okay, the order wasn’t confirmed yet, so I don’t think the seller could even see it. Sorry for all the questions, but should I receive a message from Transaxe automatically, or should I message them and let them know?

Transaxe will message you

You have to send them the transaction id and the BTC address where you want to receive the crypto

Copy and paste both of those

Send the message to the borg a couple times

It usually takes a couple days for the refund to come through

But they can just accidentally skim past it so better to send it a couple times so you don't have to wait longer than nessisairy
