I don’t get it. Why is it a lie and not just an opinion?

Each to their own always but I jumped to the conclusion of a lie when it said not as pictured. Which I find quite hard to believe considering.

Also fits the bill of how some people operate to ‘clean’ a bad review. If it’s a new account with a single or a few bad reviews, it’s blatant. But if you order from yourself a couple times and scatter some scores, it looks more legit.

But you can’t see what the reviewer was sent so how can you know? Bit of a leap to get your conclusions imo…

probably a similar leap that you’ve made to assume it’s honest. But I’ll explain mine since I’m obviously boring. A profile with 2 of 6 orders at 1/10 while reviewing a vendor that’s literally took pictures of his own plants for the listing. That makes me think ‘not as pictured’ is a lie.

Am I missing something?

The reviewer is saying that what they received, doesn't look the same as the vendor's photos.

It doesn't matter who took pictures of what, what matters is that the product received doesn't look like the product pictured.

And how is "2 of 6 orders at 1/10" suss, but 3 of 6 orders at 10/10 not?

I do like this world of unquestionable trust you live in. Why do you assume wholly that he received something different from the usual top shelf? just because they said? If it looked so different and was horrible, I’m sure most of us would post a pic with review to prove said claim.

You can believe what you like and I’ll do the same. I was in Afghan at 18 which taught me some serious life lessons with trust. Literally is the difference between life and death, or being able to walk or not. I trust kig as he’s earned it over the years, I don’t trust a rock bottom review without proof from a new user.

The overall number of orders is suss to me, personally don’t consider anything as genuine until 10+. Much like many vendors on here not dealing with new profiles.

Was genuinely more interested if people knew about how the algorithm affects business and if order volume go in line with the scores.

I don’t get why a brand new profile with no posts or orders decided to reply to this though.
