You'll need to message transaxe on here with your order number & the address you sent the wallet to. They should be able to sort it 👍

Just be aware the BTC addresses do change with each order, so dont save an address... Always use the one provided on the transaxe page

I'd say its been around 18 hours, its normally around 3-4 max so not sure whatsup, I messged the seller yesterday but heard nothng...If I buy from someone and then again and transfer to the same wallet why would the transaxe payment section show a diff wallett address?
