seem like some users contact sellers with chat message and message help them hacks the vendor token and settings. added link to alert post with much explaining

We had this too, our token disappeared after we received a message from a user called newsocietymember asking if we were “active”. We logged into transaxe to put in correct token when Bald Eagle told us about this.

We then went back to find the message which caused this which deletes the token again. DELETE ORIGINATING MESSAGE, then put token in and change password.

We've had orders cancelled mate and locked out of our transaxe account. We're currently waiting on a response from this. This happened to us yesterday!

Can't say we've opened any dodgy message though. What's in the message they send?

The same happened to me on Thursday 6 orders simultaneously disappeared and it said it was done by me which never happened.

Really, troubling it was at the same time I was being heavily trolled, there is no such thing as a coincidence in my books

Seems like someone’s infiltrating the site, message transaxe support for now - we’re all waiting for a reply for the same/similar situation as yours.

It’s lucky I spotted it🤣 i did have a message from a new user asking if I was active? I replied back and then noticed my items were gone?

Not sure if it has anything to do with that but from reading others comments on the situation they have had random messages too! There was no link of phishing etc it was just a message asking if I was ‘active’, I replied yes.

Seems like they’ve managed to change everyone’s Token ID just by sending us a message and having us click “view”
