I’ve ordered a few times from tgt and parcel usually take 4 or more days to arrive. It’s a slow process but should arrive on your door mat soon. Don’t give up hope :)

Medical cannabis is now widely available in the uk threw private clinics , google mamedica there probs the best clinic atm now more worries about parcel that could not turn up (only happened once to me tho on here)

I used a few with the intention of writing a piece about the experience. Every clinic I used had terrible service and charged an offensive amount of money the herb.

I was also advised by the majority of the clinics that, even if i planned to travel abroad for a couple of months and would not require a delivery on those months that I would still be expected to pay.

The product was fine. I typically received a sativa and an indica at a 20g, and 10g respectively. I have purchased the same strains from vendors on LB and have found the quality to be better than the clinics for as little as a third of the price.

The worst thing is the people running the clinics are all typically bankers or City of London workers and part of the old boy network. Pure Tories.

They are legally allowed to sell cannabis at inflated prices to vulnerable people, while their colleagues in the media and parliament vilify their competitors- including littlebiggy vendors.

What a corrupt system where the difference between a criminal and a cancer patient is how much they can afford to pay for medicine.

i was prescribed morphine/tramadol for years, and in all honesty, never really alleviated the pain. Just gave me a sickly high and digestive issues. Nasty side effects, too, and you need to take them even on good days when you don’t need them, as the withdrawal symptoms are pretty gnarly.

Believe it or not mushrooms provide pretty good pain relief as well. I find much less inflammation 3-4 days after a low macro dose.

It’s a complicated issue. It wasn’t my intention to antagonise, but to empathise with BigBen regarding opiates.

The simple fact is that our current government have been in power for nearly 15 years. Aside from the pseudo legalisation in around 2017, which facilitated the setting up of these clinics- the government have done nothing to move this forward.

In fact it was less than 6 months ago that the Home Secretary was pushing to convert cannabis into a class A drug.

Lastly, my point on the clinics, in my experience, being set up by well connected people with business interests- if the ‘Torie’ gentleman/lady had spent 30 seconds googling his own clinic- they would have seen that its CEO went to the same school as Dominic Raab, a prominent Conservative cabinet minister. The CEO is also an ex city banker/broker.

Apologies once again! Not my intention to antagonise- but it still seems to me that LB is the better option right now.

An even better option would be nhs accessibility for cannabis. Imagine the improved quality of life, and improved economy when medical users aren’t forking out a few hundred pounds out of necessity.

I’m glad your experience with one clinic has been so useful for you. I tried several and they were all the same.

Check your history. Thatcher implemented the UK war on drugs in the same model as Reagan in the US. It’s the same model we live under today.

Drugs are used as a political football by culturally conservative people and this prejudice influences political policy. It is disproportionately racist too. This is political whether it has personally impacted you or not.

You are right that certain prominent MP’s advocate for legalisation, but the fact is that cannabis has been vilified by the Conservative party (and to a lesser extent Labour) for years, and to change opinion in an outward facing way would alienate much of their membership and sought electorate.

When you factor in the consultations/follow ups with these clinics which often cost in excess of 100 pounds- LB is cheaper.

While i’m pleased that your clinic works for you- your positive experience sadly does not negate my many terrible ones.

Drug policy is political in this country whether you like it or not.

Go to Hyde park on April the 20th and tell me cannabis in this country isn’t political.

I think we should remember it was the conservatives who legalised medical cannabis not labour, born party’s attitudes to cannabis in 2023 is Basically the same thatcher was years ago WAY before I was born so doesn’t really matter to me? in Modern times young people are welcoming to cannabis even conservative young people I believe in time (probably soon) things will change I totally agree with the “war on drugs” was bullshit.

It was the Conservatives who partially legalised it in the face of terrible PR of fitting children on social media.

All they did is provide licences to businesspeople to flog cannabis through private clinics at inflated prices- essentially setting up a safety net for those who can afford to pay and those who can’t.

There are people who would benefit from cannabis who can’t afford clinic/LB/or street prices.

Also- just because something happened before you were born mate- doesn’t mean it hasn’t impacted on your life in some way.

I agree people are becoming more open to the idea of cannabis- but your assertion that most Conservatives are prolegalisation simply isn’t true.
