The sites been running for years and while bad vendors do pop up now and again don't tar all vendors with the same brush. My guess is that you have ordered from a vendor who had a shit rep/rating. I'm 12 orders in and had one issue with a guy who's since gone from the site. You couldn't do a better job with your eyes shut because you come across like a proper mong who can't spell and can't interact with people without getting aggressive and confrontational.
