Not sure if anyone else is having the same issue, for 2 days now I can’t send bitcoin via my wallet which is how I’ve always form it on here - keeps saying ‘something went wrong, try again’ each time I try and send bitcoin to the payment address.
Is this an issue anyone else is having?

My fault - the fees have all gone up so didn’t have enough to cover it was the issue. $5 fee for sending €29 for a cheeky 8th - wasn’t that much before
Cheers. I’ve use Coinbase and a coin base wallet so have already transferred funds into the wallet just won’t let me send as usual

I hate to write a bad review, especially as every other purchase I’ve made on here to several other vendors has been top quality in every respect.
Then there is Pistach, although takethepistach would be a more apt name.
Ordered a q of sundae driver, something different turned up, an item that wasn’t pre agreed and one that wasnt in there listing, the quality was awful and Pistach acknowledged they had made a mistake, apologised and sent a message saying they would send fruity pebbles to replace, which I agreed was a fair replacement.
Then today my package arrives, only to find it’s now 3.5 of the same bud they already sent, the same bud they acknowledged wasn’t a fair replacement for the Sundae Driver, the same crappy bud that isn’t even listed, SLC was the description on the package for reference.
Pistach clearly state in there manifesto that an equivalent replacement will be sent if an item is out of stock, and in my case, to date, this has not happened.
Then there is Pistach, although takethepistach would be a more apt name.

Seems pistach is slacking lately. They seem to have built some good cred though so hopefully you get sorted out. Picture of the weed would have been helpful.
I have to say here that pistach has never let me down, I'm sorry you've had a bad experience, I've always had excellent coms, delivery and product from them and would highly recommend them to anyone.

hi mate, get back on to Pistach and make a fuss, demand a q of something nice and explain how patient you have been....i buy from him all the time and they are a bit sketchy at the moment but still top vendors.
in my experience with him, its worth sending another message as you still did nt get what you paid for...this is how vendors get a good or bad rep, when problems occur, so get back on to them mate.

To be fair he’s sent me a message and said they did send the wrong thing and has now said he’s sending Zushi so will update the post once it’s received and hopefully it’s what he says so I can give positive feedback

It’s entirely possible for the package to be a day or two late, RM aren’t always reliable and with staff shortages things can be delayed. Hold tight if you’ve paid for an order it will be sent.

Exactly the same stuff as they first sent to replace the Sundae Driver. SLC doesn’t even appear in there items listing so good know what it is, one thing for sure is, it’s poor quality and nothing Sundae Driver and all they great reviews it had.

It’s also fair to say this bud has neither cherry or lemon in it, I honestly don’t know what it is.
It does look okay, has no strength though and doesn’t smoke well at all. It’s surely not a fair replacement for sundae driver. And in any case why are they listing items they can’t fulfil in the first place, surely it should say out of stock so I have free choice on another stock item.
That looks like the lemon cherry I was sent as a replacement for the sundae driver. The bud I got is very dense got a citrus smell/taste. But my first batch was almost all purple and had no smell. It’s tough but I’m sure a message to pistach will hopefully get the problem rectified. I was sent 50% of my order to so received 14g of my oz order.
Same. I ordered 3x different strains and all 3 that came were the same bud. No smell, no taste, no high... just crap! I will not use again. Bad first time experience leaves lasting impression!!
shout out to yourmumshouse. First reliable purchase and about to try greencat as good things have been said. Fingers crossed. It's like the lottery at the moment until I find those golden vendors.

Thank you appreciate it. Pistach have now messaged me and are sending out another batch to replace, which I’ll get this week hopefully.
What did pistach agree to send you? I’m waiting for them to confirm how much and of what they would send. Hope yours lands soon.
It’s so frustrating waiting for replies, when they are on and off messenger all morning but not replying to your messages.
They said they were sending fruity pebbles to replace, today half the amount I originally ordered turned up, it wasn’t fruity pebbles and it was actually the same crappy bud they’d sent to replace the Sundae Driver that I challenged in the first place.

They sent me something totally different from what I ordered with no communication to advise. And what they sent was a pile of crap! Hope they get you sorted, I won’t be dealing with them again, they give the site a bad name for the when so many are doing a grand job. Simple rule of doing business - send what was ordered and if that’s not possible send a message to agree an alternative or refund.
that is exactly what he did to me .... sent the wrong stuff then when contacted after about 5 days replyed he would give 50% off next 7g so made order but it still has not showed have contacted twice still no reply
tbf the compensation item has turned up today but if he had communicated with me all this could have been avoided .... but also not sure how many customers he is dealing with on a day to day basis, could be overwhelmed
ignored my messages too but really this vendor is top class regardless of non returned messages but it would be even better if we get a reply! two weeks waited for a reply never came but i went and ordered and was happy but PISTACH please spare the time to answer any messages cos i would surly buy more had this not placed negitive points for customer service.
I have the same issue, the bud I received was meant to be sundae driver but it’s super dark and no smell. Opposite of image and description. I’ve sent a message but had no reply. What do you do next?
Sounds like I was sent the same bud. It’s not even like it’s an honest mistake, they knew they were sending the wrong stuff and even wrote Sundae Driver on the packaging when it clearly wasn’t so. Oh well won’t be dealing with them again and hats off to the vendors that smash it out the park and keep coming up with the goods!
I brought an oz, if it was less I’d just accept it. Not getting any comms back either is very frustrating.
I was going to use Pistach as I thought their stock looked highly original,but I sent them a message asking which of their buds were sativa dom & didn't get a reply...with the wealth of vendors on LB at present,it seems a shame that they have not met the expectations of quite a lot of LB customers.....
