hi mate, no this is not RSO its about 3-5x stronger than RSO, it comes in a 1ML syringe every 0.1ML is 100MG. I would say for edibles somewhere between 50 & 100MG is the sweet spot for me ( I have reasonably high tolerance) Hope this helped mate:)
