First time buyer here. Ordered a couple of items which never arrived. Communication is awful. It takes days to get a reply.

Order was marked as sent 4 days after it was placed and paid but no tracking number was given. After exchanging some messages I got a bogus tracking number that just had the same status saying that RM was expecting the item. After more messages were exchanged the seller eventually said they had reposted it but no tracking number was given. That never arrived either.

Overall, terrible experience. Wish I had read some of the posts here before placing the order.
