Hi everyone.

What's the best why to raise a complaint about the stuff I've received? I've messaged 3 times and not even read it. I don't want to name and shame straight away but what can I do?

If your unable to come up with an agreement with your vendor or they don't respond your only other option would be to dispute the order.

You can do this from your order page when 9 days have passed.

Mmm..🤔 becoming a common thing this recently!!!. Customer complaint about poor quality stuff they've received. But don't want to name the Vendor in question ⁉️. 🤔. The more that happens, the more they will get away with it. regardless of if the vendor replies or not? It needs to be highlighted. Or it will keep happening. Speak out biggas 😉

Lol that's true it's my first time having a issue like this never had to complain before.

I just feel If i do air them out it could effect how they respond could of been a mistake.

Hi Neil87.. I understand what your saying. I suppose thats why it happens frequently.. end of the day. Vendors have your address. So why wouldn't you be cautious 🤔

Vendors really should not be storing addresses. AT ALL.
Voids all of their own safety, adds more liability and risk - and adds risk to the customer that is not needed.
Shit like that would be frowned upon within DN community so don’t see why it’s acceptable here.

Biggy deleted 1 day after dispatch because we do not need the information any longer than that - taking the piss if you’re storing user information and don’t be surprised if the Old Bill use it against you if you ever get fucked 🚨

Even if they don't store your info, if they use an RM account then all the addresses are stored there anyway so it is not avoidable

Hi Agent47.. fully understand what your saying. I'm not saying Vendors do actually keep hold of address. But at the end of the day. How do customers actually know that??. As mentioned 24 Hours before the address is deleted.takes seconds to write it down. .its happend in the past. But not saying it's happening now. Most unlikely

Anyone had any order issues with Hemp Lady?

Just a quick one guys I made my first order yesterday from hemp lady. It was for some budget liberty haze. I paid well after the cut off time yesterday of 2pm, however I did send the seller a message after placing my order to let them know I’ve paid but I’ve heard nothing back. It does say they’ve used the messenger in the last few hours also. I did also select free first class shipping untracked hope that wasn’t a mistake as I was just trying to save on some money.

Any advice would be helpful as it’s my first order here.

Ok thank you I’ll just wait and see what happens. I would expect it to definitely be sent today as it will be a full working day and well before the 2PM cut off time.

It can be marked as sent once label is printed /generated. If you paid after the cut off then it might be marked as sent but in the bottom of a mail bag at the post office waiting to be collected the next working day. So really add a day on to your assumed 2 days
