I'm having the same problem with the mango. Ordered on the 8th, it has been 19 days. there customer service is a joke. I strongly advise anyone from ordering from these guys.

It took you 20 days to resolve the issue, you only did something about it when i disputed the order.

Did you ever get your order of mango? If not what resolution was given?

I think the provider sent me something different to the Mango.

I was chasing them everyday, and they were not getting back to me until i disputed the order. Then 3 days later I received a 3.5 of what looks and smells like skunk.

That just confirms my idea that they actually ran put of the mango thats why noone has received it.....they do a value skunk so maybe that's what u got instead.

This whole situation is giving me anxiety tbh.

Don't get anxious over it bro! it's only smoke at the end of the day. I know its annoying but nothing you can do about it!

I looks like their value skunk, i closed the dispute as i'm not that sort of person, but will never use them again. Honestly, try the gents dealers. best buds and services.

Wow thats a hell of a long time. If mine isn't here by end of the week then I'm 100% raising a dispute with escrow.

I wonder what could possibly be causing such long delays because I've had things sent 2nd class to me that have gotten here in 2 days while ive been waiting for this to turn up so its absolutely not because of royal mail delays

It's defo the provider, I recommend the gentleman dealers, they normally have product to me within 24hrs, nicer buds and the customer service is excellent.

I always choose these guys as their quality is unmatched however I am noticing that each time I order it is taking longer and longer....

My purchase took a good while to arrive (2 weeks) but I was more than happy with the produce, and they replied to my enquiry in a timely manner.

I'm in the same boat as you. I ordered on the 19th and still nothing here.

I've used the provider several times before and every single time I've had long delays for it getting to me but it has always landed safe and sound.

Not much we can do other than wait I guess. Hope yours (and mine) land soon :)

No mate still nothing.....thats 4 of us now that are waiting. I'm honestly starting to think something fishy is going on.

I've spoken with the provider and they say its just delays at their sorting office but I'm not sure what to believe anymore because there seems to be more people popping up who are waiting on them.

I ordered on the 9th. Still nothing (19 days). I personally believe non-tracked items should be banned from LB. Free 1st class delivery (without tracking) simply doesnt cut it. I dont mind paying the cost if it means it actually gets there the following day and can be tracked (like the majority of other vendors). There is no proof any of these orders have been sent without it. Does seem to be possibly the larger orders, mine was for almost $400. The fact is if it had arrived within 2 days, I would have ordered 2 or more times by now, but this is simply unprofessional...or a selective scam. You would think if it weren't, it would be in this vendors best interests to send with a tracker, as a lot of orders seem to go missing or take forever, which it turn leaves the parcels with a much higher possibility of being found, which jeopardises only the customer not the vendor as it the customer address on the package. If the parcel is in the system for only 24 hours or less, with a tracker, it has much less chance of being caught or held up and this thread wouldn't exist. I guess only time will tell if my package arrives, but this is certainly my worst experience on LB to date, avoidable by maybe an extra £3 in postage.

It's just seems a bit suspicious that it's all the orders for the mango that haven't turned up....I'm beginning to wonder if they have run out of stock so nothing has been sent out and they are waiting til they reload to send it....I hope this is not the case but I'd be lying if I said it hadn't crossed my mind.

I've had the mango a fair few times now so I'd be able to tell straight away if it's not the right stuff. I'll be super pissed off if they do try and pull a fast one like that tho.

I am also waiting on an order of 14gs of Hash from them, ordered 18th and told "issue with royal mail". I've had other items arrive second class ordered after them. Getting to think they're fobbing me off and not sent a thing.

That sucks mate. Sounds like there are lot of unhappy customers and the vendor is doing anything but provide lol.

I ordered 7g hash on the 14th, still no sign of it, i did drop them a PM at the weekend and got a response but this is concerning. I am prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt as i had several orders previously which ive been happy with and landed in good time, with so many of their customers being affected by this im surprised they are not saying more about the situation on this page/thread

My package has finally arrived, 16 days in total, i hope everybody else waiting gets there's soon, i gotta say this is not a good situation for the vendor or customers, after a week of an item not landing you start to worry if its been intercepted by a thief or the law, or if you been bumped or fuck knows what. I like the provider and their products but i will be keeping an eye recent postal times before next order....
I write this as good faith feedback and to give other biggies waiting hope that their package will arrive

Looks like its not only the orders that have gone missing, it looks like the provider has put themselves up for self termination? unfortunately I had to resort to a dispute to successfully get my money back.

I believed them that they would send a reship so I closed my dispute.

Where can u see that they put themselves up for termination? I couldn't see that on the terminator borg when I checked.

I didnt meanit literally, I meant non e of their items are currently available, it looks like theyre self terminating!!!! but alarm bells shold sound of a vendor that has removed their product. Their messages to me felt like they were on acid, they were tripping hard, with no idea of how the escrow system, tracked/untracked postage works. I hope your (second) package arrives, I wouldnt give up the escrow, and I only got 90%of my money back, but at least I have something. As Ive said before 1st class postage without tracking needs to be banned on this site.
