Help choosing non paranoia strain

Hello,
I’m a 36yr old occasional smoker and would like some help/advice on choosing a strain. When i smoke it is always at night as i like to be high for a while before sleep to unwind and switch off a little, however i only smoke quite mild joints as i hate the feeling when i start loosing a grip on reality. There’s a line i have when i’m high that if i cross it i feel very uncomfortable, i will start thinking about death and feel like i am not connected to reality anymore.
So for me it’s quite hard to roll the perfect joint to be the right side of this threshold if that makes sense.
There’s some users on here who seem really knowledgeable who i’m hoping can recommend a strain that will keep me away from the heavy psychological side effects whilst keeping any sexual, relaxation benefits:

‘Mephisto’ genetics?

They are supposedly a great autoflower seed bank.

Personally we have never purchased from them but some of the harvest videos on YouTube tell you all you need to know!

Thanks for your comment :) likewise - we have never used Mephisto ourselves so cannot comment on there genetics or quality but its always nice to hear of new seed banks, especially if they're top quality!

Dutch Passion are absolutley fantastic, if you havent tried them before they're well worth a try! Nothing but great things have ever come from Dutch Passion in our own personal experience :)

I forget the bank its from but the low Ryder 2 I remember having much full terpys thing going for it sometimes it just don't happen with auto, the ak47 came through.
Dina sour diesel was a good one and but dinafem don't know what's going on with them at the moment, I had some very impressive dark purple auto and widow ww , grow the non auto of the Mazar when all it can in was non-fem regulars, and got a impressive purple beast ages and ages ago. might be worth doing a blue mazar auto

This year will be my fourth outdoors grow in the UK. I always used to grow some White Widow auto as I found them easy to grow as a beginner. They also produce really compact buds which makes you feel like you're some dr green thumb.
This year I went for Colorado Cookies and Skywalker auto.
I'm also attempting (really no clue what I'm doing) to do a cheeky inside grow with just some Mars Hydro lds tucked under a counter in the laundry room... Hoping to do 2 plants and keep them micro. May not end welll...
