Yeah just put it glass jar mate.

I used old jam jar and horseradish sauce, though that took some cleaning to get rid of smell lol

Just burp it (lid off) for 10 mins a day really all I do and it works a treat.

Requires more burping if more wet to remove moisture and get humidity right.

Better still you can get little packs that keep it perfect humidity 👍

I’ve found in glass jar it keeps long old time.

If going for ages though get a bovida humidity pack for the jar mate 🤜

You can tell these plants have been loved, not exploited. The best way I have heard it described.

Diffidently one of the best smokes I have purchased all year. With only one other that comes even close (That's not including the other Druid weres)

I had a smoke of this and it melted my face off. I also shared some with a mate who is a "Monster" and it melted his face. Now I am in no way a monster but I do use cannabis products daily lol

I know different strains and/or products effect people in different ways of course.

Is the effect it had on you due to your tolerance level ? Or did you just find it not as potent as other flower you have had?

If it's the latter what have you smoked in the last year (as due to the month seems fitting) that you would say is as strong if not stronger?

Honestly Potency @ 85% is the only point that I would contend.

As I said loved the read and just interested on how the 85% was decided.

Cheers Dazzler - you can obviously take my specific % with a little grain of salt. It's all pretty subjective, after all.

My scale of reference is partly just down to tolerance. I dab daily and also dabble in high end hashes. So it would take a monstrously strong bit of bud to score a 95% (100% being almost unachievable).

It may well have a very high THC content, but because the high is so well balanced (for me) it's not stoney enough to send me to sleep, nor buzzy enough to send me into a paranoid frenzy. It hits a sweet spot with the effects - so I can blaze quite a lot of this without necessarily feeling too 'stoned' or 'high' (so I have, it's gorgeous!).

I generally prefer something around this potency - but happy with weaker and stronger.

In the last year - to very vague recollections, there'd be a handful of buds that I'd have ranked higher on potency. Most recently - Keep It Green's Northern Lights. Given the more old school genetics, it's possible that is a lower THC strain - but that was also grown to perfection and to me, the effects just hit harder. It's got some stoney weight behind it that is more prominent to me (full review forthcoming, but that will be closer to 90% for potency IMO).

Another fairly recent one... Canadian Imports' Sunset Mints (or maybe Kush Mints?). That smacked me up and down. That'll edge over 90% for me.

There's a few other examples sourced from elsewhere... but it's worth pointing out I have tried a lot from littlebiggy. In this price range, most of the others I'd be scoring in the 70s - and a fair few lower than that.

But it's all just my opinion. I'm no one to declare fact on these things; and I welcome the scrutiny, thank you!

Hopefully I can bring more perspective to my own inane ramblings by writing a few more reviews. And maybe some top 10 2022 lists...

Yea dabs would do that to your T have a few mates that dab daily and like you they still enjoy flower but it’s never getting you even close to the level of THC in concentres.

I have only just started to dip my toe in the science 🧪 weed but have been very mindful of the effect that it has on your tolerance. So only been occasionally dipping in and out.

I love a good sativa leaning product like mimosia or hashin’s landrace hash and not just chasing the THC level. So again the THC level might be much lower but that’s what I’m enjoying.

But if I want a total meltdown then this level of flower or my occasional dab will do the damage.

Like you say I’m also no expert in the slightest at all and all you can give is your honest opinion.

Probably like most people on here that use the topics and read the reports. You get to know the taste profiles they like and how they reach their opinion on what they are reviewing.

So I can then make my own judgment if it’s for me or not.

So for example if this is a 85% for you and your next review you score it a 70% than knowing what I know now I can then adjust that to my own scale to a 55% ect More so now that you have given some other great examples.

I really liked the way you broke your review down at the end as it then selfishly gives me a better idea on how you reached your conclusion.

I'd strongly suggest you get into concentrates buddy, as 90% of cannabis flower being produced these days with the kind of "knockout" effects you seem to be looking for is contaminated with synthetics.

Get yourself a dab rig and some shatter, (or look into the Rosin Druids will be listing soon).

My best mate is just the same as you and can't get a decent high from good quality cannabis. Bought him a dab rig, made some BHO and bingo, he's off his chops again.

Cannabis flower needs to be protected for what it's supposed to be, which isn't about melting your face off, or knocking you out, it's about creativity, laughter and being able to smoke and then function in a 'relatively' normal way whilst being happy and high (that's my opinion anyway).

I just feel that what you (and many others) are looking for isn't something cannabis flower provides, unless, like i said, it's contaminated with synthetics... which is a fucking terrible road to go down.

I can definitely get the highs I'm after from good enough, natural weed. I know this from experience, most recent being DM's strains.

I know some of my comments may seem like I'm after completely different effects, but really I'm just after some high THC weed to chase after my tolerance haha and that's all there is to it.

Like with this dank I can pack a fat bowl sandwiched with keif and feel wonderful.

A tolerance break might be a good shout, like you suggested concentrates have been on my mind but I've heard It's real heavy on your tolerance. Actual good flower still hitting for me anyways.

Bare in mind this is really only my first time trying some actual high qual smoke, couple others but most of the time its average in all aspects.

I do understand where you are coming from with wanting to still function, personally I like heavy indica doms to mong out after work which does the trick for me and puts a smile on my face, down to preference like you said, and no synthetics involved.

Or if I'm making music I'd like an energetic sativa where I'm feeling more energetic and creative, love the uplifting feeling from sativas.. basically the effects you described.

There's a whole debate weather sativas/indicas are even a thing and accurate but either way some mong you out more than others naturally.

I will try some of your smoke on Jan and It will probably be spot on.. have a nice Christmas mate.

Nice heavy hybrid effects, powerful uplifting feeling joined by a heavy head-stone and my body relaxing pretty good.

bros probably been smoking them jungleboys packs, some of their buds are easily on the same scale as Dank just way more pricier, I'm sure you've seen the prices.

But what a fucking bargain on the dankberry though. You see oz's for 400+ on here that are shit. DM is doing right on 300, I'm sure if they did sell oz's out of customs It would be cheaper too.

lol I've only ever tried Cali packs a couple of times. I sort of understand why people go for it (assumed potency and fabulous marketing) but I'm not looking to spend that much. I mean, it's nice to feel safe about the level of quality - but the same (and better) is still available elsewhere...

You could well put this Dankberry in a diecut foil pack with some graff art on and flip it for twice the price. (Please don't!!!)

I haven't really messed with Cali since the whole pack/branding thing kicked off. It used to be standard for me, but too much skullduggery in the last few years - and it's easy enough to avoid.

If you're talking about potency and 'absolute potential' I've not really tried enough Cali Packs to know... but I do know there isn't an infinite ceiling to how well bud can be grown/cured. And this is very, very good. How close to the ceiling it is doesn't really matter at this level.

I'm sure you can find marginally stronger bud in cooler packs at twice the price. Or you can just add an extra 0.2g in your spliff and negate the difference.

On the levels I judge - this is way superior to Cali packs. I'm the kinda dude that buys beers from local breweries and shops at local markets. Small-scale interactions with small-scale traders and artisans. That's where the love, fun and joy is at.

I prefer a pint of local pale ale and a little baggy of something like this Dankberry; to a can of Red Bull Vodka with a Cali pack of whatever.

These buds just look/smell/feel more natural. This isn't a steroid-freak boulder bud crusty with rainbow frosting... it's a gorgeous, catwalk flower; that hits pretty much the same.

Horses for courses, but overall, this top level either way.

I think the only comparison with JB and some other Cali packs is that on this occasion DM have chosen high potency seeds that match or even exceed JB averages. I’ve had 24 Druid strains and they are not normally this strong.

Obviously legal Cali grows are commercially grown in high volumes and tested consistency and they will charge what the market will pay. By contrast a Druid harvest may be less than 10 plants across the strains. It’s pure craft and unlike JB where the nugs all seem largely the same like supermarket apples every grow is what it is. I’ve had leafy, fluffy, dense, loose, dark, light, etc etc that you never see in JB.

So no, just because DM have chosen to go full strength I don’t think that merits a comparison to Cali packs. The Druids simply blow away commercial grows (and regardless of price).

The irony is that if the Druids grew in a country where it was legal, they wouldn’t be able to open The Grove door for gold cups! 😂🏆🥇

Although DM seems they will have good enough grows whatever the case, personally I'm hoping they stick with the highest potency strains.. stronger the better for me.

But let's face it even if you don't like strong stuff you could just ration it anyways so it would last you longer, and In DM's case still save you some cash.

Would also avoid the people who give lower ratings because it "didn't hit hard enough" which does happen often, which would probably me me in all fairness lmao

Umme was probably my all time favourite 😻…a real power indica with the ultimate balanced chill. It would be in the high 20’s THC. I’m still enjoying it!…I often say if I have a real shitty day, Umme will save me! (and it does!)

Hope nobody minds me jumping in here. I wanted to comment on the comparison to calipacks and JB in particular. Firstly, respect to ilsenator for an excellent review, couldn't agree with it more, including your comments on potency.

I've been lucky enough to try DM's DB and FBC, as well as various calipacks from TGD, including a couple of JB packs, and I'd like to comment on the 'THC strength' comparison. DM's offerings have been absolutely amazing but I personally haven't found them to be as strong as some reviewers have. We all know that the THC strength listed on the seed packet doesn't necessarily mean the final grow will be at that %. Going by other smokes I've had (particularly calipacks listed between 25-30% THC) I don't think the DM crops can be as high as 35%. I've had various calipacks that feel around the same strength or higher, and the 2 JB packs I had were definitely stronger - not ridiculously so but definitely stronger. I should say that all of my calipacks have been from TGD, I haven't tried any other vendors'. With TGD's calipacks, I'd recommend *anything* by DojaPak and The Ten Co, as well as JB. In my opinion they're definitely at least *as strong* as DM's wares, and the flavours are much more pronounced and more to my liking.

That's the strength and flavour comparisons - now, if we're talking about the overall quality and, particularly, *the effect* then DM's wares are absolutely top tier and definitely some of the nicest smokes I've had since joining LB. That lovely, dreamy, trance-y effect is a perfect match for what I'm looking for in terms of effect/high. Everything is obviously subjective - the highs from the calipacks are excellent but just not as suited to me personally as DM's grows.

TGD's calipacks have been the nicest for me in terms of flavour (and excellent highs), the JB packs are definitely the strongest smokes I've ever had (and, with the Kush Sorbet, certainly the most 'euphoric'), and DM's crops have been the nicest in terms of effect/high. Cost aside, if I could only have one strain and had to choose between DM and TGD's calipacks then I'd have to choose DM because the effect/high is such a good match for me - but I'd quickly miss the taste and experiences of the calipacks. As I said in my calipacks review, the JB packs are just too strong for me to smoke all the time.

As other more experienced biggas have pointed out, you can't really compare to the two - they're both top tier in their own different ways. I love that TGD make the calipacks available, and I've really enjoyed sampling that quality over this last year. DM's crops are just something else entirely - as many people have said it's as though the love and care for the crops really comes through in the effect/high. All excellent smokes but if it's *strength* in particular you're looking for then there are other products on LB that are definitely stronger. But, hey, maybe strength isn't everything...?!!! 🙂. I'm reminded of the time me and some friends chose seeds to grow - my friends all chose seeds with the supposedly highest THC and I chose what I know I like, regardless of the strength. Sure enough, when the grow was complete, my strains were the nicest in terms of flavour, smoothness and effect/high, and I had to fight to keep hold of what was mine!!!

As an aside, when we're talking about 'couch lock' or 'monginess', I have to say that I just don't get those effects anymore since being on LB. I don't know whether that's a tolerance thing or something else? High % indicas and sativas don't get me like that, and 30%+ THC doesn't get me like that either. In terms of tolerance I'm just an old-school joint smoker (with rolling tobacco).
Have had many trips to Amsterdam and other cannabis-friendly countries, been smoking for 35+ years and don't think I've had a day off in 15+ years.
Cannabis-wise I haven't tried anything stronger than joints and vapes, haven't dabbed or anything like that (yet). So where's my monginess gone?!!! Is it all down to tolerance or could it be anything to do with getting better grown (properly flushed and cured) weed? I'd welcome the thoughts of more experienced smokers/growers.

Finally, just want to echo BB's comments about keeping flowers as they are and not continuously trying to achieve higher strengths. DM's grows (and BB's own grows) are masterful in terms of love, care and attention, creating all-round excellent products, and biggas who put strength at the top of the list might be better off looking into other methods. I'll definitely try dabbing soon, but more just to see what it's like - strength-wise I'm very happy with the flowers already available here and I don't want my tolerance to increase further.

I was given a few grams of jungle boys off a very good friend and in my humble opinion I would purchase Druids over them. Even if you take the price away I would still go with Druids. 100%

Good thing about frosty weed I've discovered is that you can build up a shit ton of keif to smoke, so will last you even longer than usual.. that's like, the best bit and the money saver.

Many a time the cheeky keif trap has saved me.

So I have been doing a small addition to the keif trap.

I’m sure this is nothing new but

I call them “Gimps” lol 😂

So when I get a new bit of hash I take some roll it into little balls and keep them in the kief try and every so often squash the re roll and repeat.

Every so often the words are said “Bring out the gimp” so at present I have a far few in the trap as I had a lucky run of some decent hash.

The fun part is that it’s a fucking lotto as after a good bit. There is no chance knowing what is what add in the keif with them.
