I agree about removing the NDD, it has no business being there when first class delivery is the method used. You are right to expect NDD, this is a mistake the seller will have to fix for the future and any questions regarding it should be answered because it is their mistake.
If customers are already aware it is First Class delivery and not NDD, then don't contact the seller until 2 weeks have passed, the seller does not have the royal mail depot manager on speed dial so you will need to wait a sufficient time. I have ordered an ounce and i will wait 2 full weeks before i become concerned.
Don't let delivery times and anything to do with it give you a bad experience, at the end of the day the end product is what it is all about.
